The variety!!! No mixes, but handcrafted... delicious!! The chocolate covered pretzel had a deep, rich flavor. The nutella martini was so divine and the chocolate covered strawberry???!! Heaven! “We found this while staying at the Hyatt in downtown Cleveland. They are located on the street level inside. We we walking by and saw a sign for breakfast. We got alot of good food and it was really cheap for what you get. We decided to go back the next day for some brisket. Fantastic. Definitely in the list of best we have ever had. This will be a regular stop for us on our Cleveland mini vacations from now on. Friendly owners and great food. Give them a try. The mustard is awesome.”

“I went here every year for my birthday/christmas time as a little girl. Such great memories! Having the opportunity to go to an event there now made me feel very nostalgic. The venue was very nice, keeping some of the art decor, though was sad to see the fountain was gone. Even better than the space was the staff. They were all very friendly and even fulfilled my wish of one of the stoves I use to take home when I was a kid.”

“On January 29, 2020 me and my sister celebrated our late Sister’s birthday here at Ruth’s Chris! Our waiter was named RICK... and to my surprise- he was on point with “everything” and I mean everything! His deliverance was personal and amazingly beautiful! He made sure that we was satisfied, and he explained the menu in full detail! I have had a lot of good experiences in the restaurant business- but this was over the top! I didn’t expect it! He treated us like family! He made us laugh, he offered us something that truly made us feel welcomed and I so appreciate his time and efforts. The food and drinks were fresh and awesome, and the ambiance was beautiful! Nothing but good energy and great vibes! I highly recommend this restaurant for special occasions- and it was Rick who made my day! Thanks a bunch and continue to be a blessing! We dined sufficiently and we will be returning!”

I loved the way the place was decorated and how the lights changed colors. My boyfriend and I went on a Tuesday night and it was very quiet and intimate. The hot chocolate was interesting as it had crispy cacao chips and cold whipped cream made the drink significantly lukewarm.”
