This was our first time visiting here. We made reservations and were seated pretty quickly. It took our server about 10mins to acknowledge us even though they weren't that busy. Their Happy Hour menu is great! We tried the nachos, fried pickles and a honey sriracha chicken and waffle. They were all only $5 each during HH, so why not try a little bit of everything! For our entrées we went with the Shrimp Po' Boy and Avocado Bacon Sandwich with tortilla soup. The Po' Boy was great with a good amount of shrimp. I would only suggest they add more lettuce to the sandwich and shred it. The avocado and bacon sandwich was pretty basic and nothing to really remember. It wasn't bad, just very basic and simple. Our Server TJ was very polite and attentive throughout our meal. 4 out of 5 stars, go check them out!
Nice place inside and out. Alot of options to choose from on the menu the sides are 5 bucks and little to small. The ginger beer is awesome I would go back.
Here is my 100% Honest Opinion about Tupelo Honey. I order a lot of food just to write this review. I really want to give this place 5 stars but I cant because most of my food was not hot. The food tasted great but the temperature of the food did not meet the mark of this high quality restaurant. Melina Izzi took care of the situation the management was great all the way around. But not eating your food together because of a mistake is top on my list of what not to do. But I would highly recommend this place to anyone that likes great food. Read below for Details of the dining experience.

The Fried Chicken is better than The Eagle.
Clean, fun, modern with a southern food flair. The cocktail did not disappoint, you only need one of the gin and lemonade! Biscuit appetizer had amazing blueberry compote and butter on the side. Husband has spicy chicken and waffles - huge portions! You MUST try shrimp and grits. Whether it's your go-to or so- new......you HAVE to get some of the grits here. It seems they are available as a side, app and served with many entrees. The open atmosphere is super duper loud - but very hip. Great service staff fo opening week too!
