“My new favorite Hibachi place in Columbus. I have visited Mr. Hibachi twice in the last two weeks and it has been amazing both times. They really put a lot of preparation and effort in their dishes. Unlike some other Hibachi places Mr. Hibachi’s food is packed with flavor. Additionally the portions are huge and prices are very affordable. I was quite surprised to see lobster tails on the menu. Topped with my favorite egg yolk sauce makes a wonderful meal! The employees are really helpful and polite. I truly felt welcomed and that is somewhat rare in today’s standards. I would rate this restaurant five stars, however the interior is very underwhelming. The tables and chairs are very cheap and there is extremely limited seating available. I hope once the location starts thriving they are able to update the seating arrangements to better accommodate patrons.”

“Me and my wife went here to relax and have fun away from the kids. It was a nice and clean place. But what got me was the workers. There was a guy name Joe that was doing the food and drinks. He made our night. He was funny and super helpful. Then there was a guy name Ronnie who was the manager we ask if we could have a lane that wasn't congested. . He said no problem and when my wife shoe seem to slide more then her liking he was quick to switch them out... Had a lot of fun. For sure would go again.”

“The prices seem high, but for what you get they are not, I go up with my friend every time he goes he likes the meat sticks while I stick to the jerky they also sell pepper jelly, popcorn, and have a freezer full of meat such as Rabbit, Buffalo,and Elk. “I want to take a moment and give credit where it's due. They have Mothers Day... They have Fathers Day.... but there is no Employees of Tim Hortons on Broadway Day and that my friends is a TRAVISITY! I have been consistently going to this location daily (with only few exceptions) for well over a year and that has nothing more to do than the service alone! Even if I know its lunch time and they might be out of my plain bagel at the moment instead of going to another location I still drive to this location because of the service and friendly staff. Its like talking to long lost family/friends. Most know my order and greet me with it as they see my car pull up to the speaker. Devon is wonderful, and so funny! Annette is so sweet and caring, I could go on and on about every single employee, its like they all fit perfectly at this branch you couldn't get a better group together to accomplish all that they do. Honestly (and don't tell my fiance this) When I've already had my coffee and ate at home I still drive to Tim Hortons without realizing it and as I put my extra creamer in my coffee I think to myself "this was a waste, but not totally because of the interaction I have with the staff" I hope that you pass this on to the owner of this location, the boss and manager as well because they need to know that its the extra attention and few seconds their employees take that make this location successful. If ever im in line and something looks to be taking a minute or 2 longer than normal I automatically think "I hope their a regular too or are about to be and someone's at that window making that person's day by taking those extra few seconds to connect on a personal level" ...... Seriously I could write a book! But my ice caps melting and my bagels getting cold, but honestly Ill pull out of this parking spot and pull back through the drive thru and ill PAY for a new order just because of the employees AND that right there is the STAFF every fast food/restaurant should have!!! “Hands down best Starbucks location I have visited! Friendly staff, nice atmosphere and quality customer service! The staff gets to know you by name and what you like when ordering. They will ask “how are you doing?” or say “Hi” in a sincere way. They take the time to acknowledge someone when they enter the store even when they are extremely busy. A person is treated more like a friend here rather than a customer. Even new staff members joining the team get to know the customers. Great team doing a great job!”
