“I had heard some negative response from older reviews and a friend who came here when they first opened but whatever issues they may have had I think they fixed them. I had the turkey brie melt with apple(might be getting the name wrong) and it was fantastic, didn’t taste dry at all. The person I was eating with had their soup of the day and stuffed peppers(spicy) and thought were happy with them. The apple pie was great but may have been easier to eat with a fork. Definitely will be coming back.”

“My wife and I went here for the first time last night. She had shrimp with vegetables and I had golden chicken. Both were very good. The sauce on the shrimp was very savory but just a little salty, a good foil to the vinaigery sweet and sour sauce of the golden chicken, which was not overly sweet like you find in many Chinese restaurants. We also liked the texture of the steamed rice. Servers and owner (?) we're very friendly and welcoming. Cost is a little more than the average Chinese restaurant, but the atmosphere is comfortable and refined with a very eclectic soundtrack playing in the background. I'm looking forward to trying their pad Thai next time we go.”

“We were not greeted upon entering. Took like 5 minutes for anyone to ask if we wanted a table. They were busy, but some acknowledgement would have gone a long way.The salsa & cucumber margaritas were delicious! The fish tacos were fish sticks on a taco with a little cabbage on top. Thankfully the sauces on the table are delicious and I dressed the tacos up. My friend had the steak tacos and liked them. They servers are nice. The manager was excellent. I'll go again, but I'll get something else.”

“The reviews looked favorable and the menu was inviting. To say the least, we were pleasantly surprised. The waiter, I believe his name was Adam, was very accommodating and attentive. For start we each had one of their signature drinks. Very good! Then we ordered the Break Bread along with the Crispy Brussels Sprouts, amazing! My wife had the New York Strip, medium rare (just the way she likes it), and I had the Steak Tip Stroganov. These were served in a timely manner, very hot, very delicious and well worth the visit. We will be coming back. Without a doubt, one of the best dinners we’ve had in a long time.”

“The granola, fruit and vanilla yogurt was a medley of fresh and vibrant flavor. The short stack of pancakes were the perfect blend of light and heavy and made exciting by the chocolate chips I added. The server was perfectly attentive and our coffee cups never hit bottom without her asking if that was our intent. The only criticism is of the Irish coffee my colleague ordered: It was much too sweet and remained unfinished without question. Overall, highly recommended for breakfast!”

Hell no get the tater tots !! Awesome. From vegans to meat lovers you will find something for anyone. Takeout is quick too. I'd give it 6 stars if I could.”

“We ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza to go and an antipasto salad. The pizza was very good and antipasto great. The dressing that came with the antipasto salad wasn't our favorite. We would have preferred a simple Italian dressing. The little restaurant is just off the main strip downtown. We parked and went inside to the walk up window. The server was friendly and seemed very happy to work there. Would love to come back and try more items on the menu.”

“My favorite place in town, old chef from Black River circa 2008. Food pretty good, fresh, real. Had an undercooked burger once, asked for medium and it was raw on the inside. Very flexible staff, easy to eat gluten free here and adjust any item on the menu. Love the windows.”

The only issue I do have with it is they are slower than done of the other McDonald's in the area. Especially the drive through. I sat in my car in the drive through the other morning for ten minutes just to get coffee. Other than that O have no compliant.”
