    Had a very bad experience with a cake we had received. Long story short, the manager of the location reached out to us to rectify the situation. Great example of customer service.

    I got the Founders Favorite.....ice cream, pecans, brownie, caramel & fudge syrup and I added white chips. DELICIOUS!!! Staff was friendly. I would have given it 5 stars, but it's a little pricey.

    Reasonable pricing for Ice Cream Cakes. It was very good and traveled very well on a very hot, humid afternoon. The staff was very friendly and helpful at a very busy time of day. Additionally, when I called earlier to ensure they had in stock what i was looking for and pricing they were very polite and friendly.
