“Great atmosphere and decor. This place is located in a hidden corner but well worth searching out. The staff was friendly and did their best to accommodate food sensitivities. Drinks were priced reasonably. My only suggestion would be to make a small menu of items that are noted for being allergy friendly and tamari sauce as an alternative to soy sauce. The food and drinks were delicious and good portions for the money. I will return again.”

“We were making a 7-hour drive home on the interstate and my husband discovered that the movie Overcomer was opening that night at a theater near the next exit. We spontaneously took the exit and followed the GPS to this sort of out of the way theater. It was such a treat. The theater itself is fine, with comfortable reclining seats and good sound, good concessions, etc. But we were struck with the friendliness of the staff. Very personable and welcoming. That’s always a nice surprise.”

“Absolutely exceeds expectations in every way, I am pleased Mansfield has a quality place now. Everything on the menu is amazing. The first time I went I took may family and dinned upstairs. What a wonderful atmosphere to enjoy fine dining. We tried the Steak, Lamb, Clams, Alfredo with Chicken (Not on the menu but they made it anyway for my daughter who is very picky.), Cheese Pizza, Cheesecake, and ice cream. All was amazing, everyone could not stop saying how good their food was. The Wine from the winery downstairs was delightful. The second time I visited was with my wife, we just popped in downstairs for a quick glass of wine and appetizer. We sampled all of the sweet wines and took home three of our top picks. Service both times upstairs and down was wonderful. The GM is doing a fantastic job training his team to give the very best dining experience. Thank you to the owners for creating such a nice place for Mansfield to enjoy.”

“Having lived in Texas for many years I have a hard time finding good BBQ. I feel that I am being generous with the stars because the owner was so friendly and helped us so much. We got the 4 meats and two sides. Brisket was chopped and dry... I’m used to nice smoked slices of brisket..(especially paying $21 for the plate) the carnitas or pulled pork was very dry... the jalapeño and cheddar sausage was good once we put bbq sauce on it..(delicious)... the ribs were a nice portion however they fell short because of how over done they were.. half was inedible because of the toughness and the other half was tender.. what we could eat was good with some seasoning and bbq sauce added. The sides we got were Mac and cheese and that was great!!.. the corn casserole was also delicious!! (First time having it) we tried the cold sides but I personally don’t like miracle whip and it tastes like that... other wise they were flavorful. Overall we will try it again but we will definitely not get a few things again, the owner makes you feel welcomed and also makes you want to come back to say hello. I recommend this place if you want something other than fast food .”

“Stopped into The Shelby Q today for a bite, I was greeted warmly by the Owner, Mike, and that's when it hit me... The smell! That wonderful aroma of smoked and barbecued meats, mixed with a little sweet and smokiness of baked beans.. my moth immediately started to water. I ordered a pulled pork platter with corn casserole and coleslaw, I got the mild sauce, and a drink and it was less than $8. The pork was tender with a good smoke to it, and with the sauce on the side I was able to taste just the meat before it was masked in any way by the sauce. The sauce was sweet and tangy with a warmth but not heat. The Cole slaw was crisp with a bit of a bite that offset and complemented the richness of the sauce very well, and the corn casserole was sweet and rich with some crunch from the corn kernels cooked right into it. Over all a very well made bbq dinner and a very fair price. The store was comfortable and clean, and again, the owner was polite, friendly, and inviting. Definitely a new "go to" for bbq In the area.”

“The Shelby Domino’s team is always fast, the food is always amazing and hot when we get it. The delivery drivers are nice and personable. One time they gave us a plain pepperoni instead of a pepperoni and banana peppers pizza (we did not even notice), they delivered it and we were eating... get another knock on the door and it’s our drive with the correct pizza, apologizing for an error we didn’t notice or report. They place is ran well and it shows in every way!”

“We have been coming here since they opened and have always received great service. The owners here are incredible. The misses carried our son around once while he was doing what kids do best while out to eat. Her husband is currently on his was to pick up milk for our kids.
