“I missed the initial hype train when Piada first started to take Akron by storm, so already I came in with high expectations. I immediately was met with a comforting atmosphere and the smells of basil and aioli. Now we're talking. We tried the Crispy Chicken BLT Piada and the Avocado Piada as well as the basil pesto pasta. Excellent! The house drinks are great and provide something a little different - there was berry soda, orange soda, lemon tea, and peach tea. And BTW, the peach tea straight slaps.”

“When you think about visiting a Taco Bell, you usually don't plan that you'll actually receive your order as pictured on the menu board, unless you take all of the contents of your menu item and scrape it to the open end of the tortilla/taco shell and take a picture. This store is a little different. I visit this location fairly frequently, and although the staff seems to turn over almost weekly, they serve the most consistent TB food in town, and do so with a heapin' helping of personality. Breakfast is served until 11, but lunch starts at 9, as long as you possess a photographic memory of the menu boards that are hidden by the breakfast menu. Definitely better than most in town.”

“An Akron classic. If you live here, you've heard of it. After 30 years this was our first time here. Date night. Good atmosphere, mood lighting, etc. Service was wonderful. Food was delicious. We had a good experience. Baked Brie was amazing...amazing. The steak melted in your mouth. It is on the pricey side. Which has and will continue to keep us from being regulars but recommended for those special occasions.”

“This is as great place to stay. From the valet to the front desk all were professional. Nice, clean and modern rooms. The bed was a little stiff in my opinion. That is my only complaint. I order a pizza that my wife and almost could not finish. It came up in less than 30 minutes even with a wedding going on in the ballroom. Not that I could tell once I left the first floor.”

“I have tried several different pizzas here, and they are generally pretty good. Very pricey though. $15 for a 10" pepperoni and sausage pizza. What isn't good here is the service. Every time I've been there, the wait staff will pretty much ignore you after dropping off your pizza. They disappear. Want a refill on you drink? Extra napkins? Good luck. Done eating? Want you check? It is almost a hostage situation. Order your pizza to go. 4 stars for the food, zero stars for the service.”
