“My business partner decided to try out Hangry Joes for lunch today even though there were so many poor reviews. He tried the chicken sando and I got an order of 12 wings. First off, the wings were HUGE and very fresh, they were breaded (which I don’t love) and seasoned very well! I got the hot dry rub which was perfectly spicy. They were almost too hot (oven hot) to eat. I was only able to eat 6 of the wings cause they were so big! My partner said his sandwich tasted very fresh, juicy and perfectly spicy as well. His came with waffle fries which were fresh and tasty! Food came out very quickly although it was not very busy.”

“My reviews are always honest and I try to be up front. The business is new and as such has some growing pains as normal. Clean dining area, drive thru didn't work and no sign indicating the intercom was broken. We were left setting for ten minutes without anyone talking through the speaker. When we pulled up to the window not one employee was in sight and again no sign indicating they weren't using the drive thru. Went inside to order and found the cook who was doing his job with three front counter employees standing around him discussing Facebook laughing and having a good time instead of paying attention to the front of the restaurant. Was informed they knew the drive thru intercom didn't work and a technician had been scheduled. So why no sign saying broken come inside? Food, first off this is Smash Burger with a different name as far as the burgers go. Our burgers had so much mustard and onions on them you literally couldn't taste the meat. Honestly not just my opinion but my lunch companions. Fries were good, and the soda fountain was broken so we got bottles instead. They may get better but right now for what you pay and what you get there are better options around. My first suggestion would be to get your wait staff out of the kitchen and to the front of the store. Even when waiting on my order never had one employee out front. When all your customers hear is all the employees laughing and goofing off it doesn't really matter if your food is good or not.”

“I drove by many times before deciding to give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised! They're super friendly and the pastor tacos were delicious. It's true that that the sauces don't have much flavor -- They're more like "liquid heat." I'm fine with that because the tacos' flavor doesn't need to be masked, in my opinion. “Love this place! My favorite taco spot in town and my wife and I both eat here about every week. Some of the best Fish Tacos we’ve found since moving from Arizona! And the Birria (Red) tacos are incredible! The staff are truly the nicest people too. Anna and Adolfo give us the warmest greeting every time. “This is a fun place to go. We had great service and everyone was very friendly. What is really nice right now they have a drive thru so yes, they are open. It is a newly opened restaurant. I was fortunate enough to ha e met the owners while I was there and they are just really good people, down to earth. The servers were very responsive and freindly. “Delivery was swift and pizza was delicious! The assistant manager, James, was very pleasant in helping me customize my order for a vegan pizza. I forgot to say NO CHEESE! BUT, he called me back to make if that’s what I had wanted (which I was so grateful for) AND he even made sure that the food was made without being compromised by touching dairy products or used utensils that have touched dairy products. “I visited at 2:15pm on Sunday. I drove quite a distance to visit based on my memories of great food and service years ago. The place wasn’t even busy yet it took a full 10 minutes for an employee to even come to the counter to acknowledge me and other customers waiting to order. When I ordered, the employee asked if I’d like a soft drink with my order. I declined and asked for a water cup. He charged me for a fountain drink anyway and I just brushed it off as an honest mistake. Then I went to get a drink and the fountain was out of CO2 (curious why they’re trying to sell fountain drinks if it’s not working). Turns out teas were “out of order” too. I had trouble finding a clean table to sit at and tried the clean one in the picture before realizing they taped a sign - “Do not sit here.” Received my food quickly enough. The okra was hot, but the chicken wasn’t even slightly warm. I politely complained about the cold chicken and they brought me some freshly made that was hot. The food was satisfactory in the end, but they really need to get a manager that can hire, train, and incentivize the right employees who can keep them in business.”
