Labor Temple Diner & Bar

I enjoyed this bar tremendously. We were in Astoria for a comedy show. Our friends visit this place often so we felt right at home with the regulars. Breakfast ANYTIME made me happy! It was a great meal too! Service was awesome. Looking forward to visiting again.

Probably one of the most laid back bars in Astoria. It hosts subtle holidays and stable evenings. Generally the same environment every time I attend which makes this one of my favorite bars to visit after a long day. I can always be assured of what to expect. If you still feel in mystery of Labor Temple, I recommend going in to check it out.

I can't speak much for the menu because I've never eaten there, but karaoke on Thursday nights ROCKS. Joe Bear is a wonderful host, quick with a witty joke, keeps the energy up, and great under pressure during the occasional technical difficulty. And Christina is a fantastic bartender and so damn friendly! If you frequent the place she often has your preferred beverage ready before you even sit down. Labor Temple is the place to be, y'all!

The Matty J was to die for. I was so impressed with the breakfast. I will probably be back tomorrow because who doesn't want a homemade biscuit cut in half and grilled on the flat top, with house made sausage, eggs, and cheese. Topped with sausage gravy?
