“If you are learning to ski, don't overlook this often overlooked ski area on Mt. Hood. It's only got one chairlift, and a dozen trails, but that's all you need when you are learning. This reminds me of old New England mom and pop ski areas I learned on as a kid. the views are amazing on a clear day, you are right on Mt. Hood, and can see Baker and Mt. Rainier from the top. It's now owned by Mt. Hood Meadows, but is still that mom and pop feel. I had a recent day there for my son's ski race and the groomed runs were hard pack, but the edges of the runs were untracked powder from a 5 day old storm.”

“We got seated immediately. There is usually a wait. The barbecue is always amazing. I don't recommend the macaroni salad as it has a mayonnaise base. The cornbread is dry. The beans are great. I seriously miss their previous location at the store. It was way better.”

“What a beautiful, well kept, very clean and delicious place to get one the best quality burgers and fries that I have ever had. Especially after a gorgeous hike on My. Hood. My boyfriend and I got off long road from the trail head very very hungry and that cute little restaraunt was very conveniently located. The quality of food on point. The service was just as good.”
