“I love Mitate! I have food allergies so dining out is limited for me. I get very excited when I find a place like this where I can eat anything on the menu. Vegetable sushi is often an after thought at regular restaurants and often bland. Because this is their specialty, the veggie sushi rolls at Mitate are amazing. They are beautiful and full of complex flavors. You can tell they take pride when crafting their menu. The service is wonderful and I always feel that it is worth the 20 minute drive to get their!”

“Me and my family stopped by last night because we were looking for dinner for our kiddo that can’t have dairy and we seen them so stopped we all tried it and thought it was superb when eating this you’ll have to double take because it taste like a beef burger but even better! I don’t tend to like thick fries but we tried them and they were so good everything was seasoned so well. The guy working last night answered my questions and was so kind will definitely be going back I think I found my new burger spot.”

“Pretty awesome to have a food truck pretty much in your own backyard! This Mexican food truck has all of the classics, as well as a birria menu and some imported beverages. They're open at 9 a.m. for breakfast, and late enough to grab a quick dinner, if you get there before they close at 7 pm. I've only had the tacos thus far, but they were tasty and pretty cheap: I got four of them for seven bucks. The only downside so far is that the truck is cash only, for now.”

“I would give this a 5 star based on the taste of the smoothie I got, but I was limited on what I can get since almost every single thing on the menu is made with oats. There is no other option for milks for the smoothies or drinks either. They have coconut water and oatmilk. That’s it. That seems incredibly short sighted for a place that seems to focus on healthy foods. If you happen to not be able to eat any grains you can’t have much here. Food for thought - I hope owners read this, having hemp milk or almond milk in the fridge does not take much and this place would literally be my go to. Now? I’m not sure I will come back.”

“Had the special of the day, Steak and Gorgonzola Mac with the balsamic drizzle and I couldn't eat it fast enough. Steak was tender and juicy, perfect medium cook, noodles timed just right, and the creamy gorgonzola sauce has just the right kick to keep me wanting the next mouthful. Even my soon to be bride's dislike for gorgon was completely abated! Definitely give this foodtruck a shot!”

Burgers, fried "chicken" sandwiches, fries, and TACO TUESDAYS! And even brunch on the weekends. Friendly staff and the occasional specials don't disappoint. Highly recommend!”
