“This was our first visit. Santa was there to greet us. He was fantastic! Their decor was very festive. Old school homey feel that is very welcoming. We ordered a variety of options to try. The omelettes are big enough for two. The chicken fried steak wasn't the best, but I'll definitely be back to try something else. Great value!”

“Dean and his family have overseen this establishment for well over a decade at this point if not longer. Well kept lanes, consistently improved scoring software, attentive and polite staff. I simply won't bowl anywhere else on a regular basis but Park Lanes. Well equipped pro-shop as well. Had my gear replaced last year including professional drilling. Has markedly improved the quality of my game. Just threw a 246 with 0 open frames last night. Tuesday/Thursday are the best overall value for casual paterons or more serious individuals looking to practice. 8-11PM with $10 gets you unlimited games. Fantastic value. Just be mindful leagues are also competing during these times and they can be packed! Long story short, this is /the/ bowling alley to beat in the Portland-Metro area IMO.”

“This place is top notch compared to a lot of bars in the area. The food is great, the beer selection contains multiple taps and a variety of bottled/canned beer, and the vibe is very fun. My partner and I went on a Sunday night and there were plenty of people there but we still were able to get our own table. The karaoke is loud which you may or may not like but everyone is very cheerful and engaged in it. They also have activities like pool (one table), hook and ring game (a new favorite of mine), and video lottery. Definitely a new favorite spot for a fun night out without going to far from home.”

“Typically my husband and I come in Saturday evenings and always have excellent service. We’ve NEVER had a bad experience until today, Christmas Eve. The service was HORRENDOUS!! I can’t even believe how bad it was. Usually Heather and the tall gentleman (dark hair) at the bar are working, and always give great service. We love them. Tonight, was a super skinny shorter hair blondish gal with an attitude and zero customer service skills. She seemed pretty prompt upon our arrival. Got our drinks out quickly. It went to hell after that. Never came back to take our food order (which she knew we were going to place). 20 minutes go by, watching her help everybody at the bar. We change tables, wait some more, then finally I go to the bar to place my order with the guy bartender. Attitude, excuses, blah blah blah. Takes my order, 20 minutes later NO food. No one at the bar was eating, so the kitchen couldn’t have been backed up! Finally the skinny gal returns and asks my husband if he wanted another drink. He expressed his frustration with her lack of service and she yelled at him. Dropped some bad language and told us no one will talk to her that way. She then informed us SHE decides who gets into that establishment and SHE decides who will be served! WTF? I calmly pointed out that her SHE was the one who didn’t return. She snidely replied, I made a mistake, don’t you ever make a mistake? No apology. Nothing. Just a foul mouth and nasty attitude. I will be calling to speak to the manager or owner. This gal needs customer service training or to be put on dish duty, where she has ZERO contact with the public! So very disappointed. We come in several times a month and after this I don’t know when I’ll be back.”

“Last call trivia on Wednesday nights is great at the Pit Stop! The food is always great, I hear from my teammates that the club sandwich is a real winner. “Fantastic food and service. We reserved a table for our 9 year anniversary. There was a congratulations card waiting for us on the table signed by the staff. Waitress guided us expertly through the courses and then surprised us with sparkling wine and ice cream to celebrate the occasion. I had the chicken, which was tender and moist, and couscous and greens cooked just enough. He had the New York Pepper Steak and enjoyed it very much. Cooked perfectly - medium rare. Pepper crust was perfect and the sauce was delicious. The soups were also great - French Onion and Lobster Bisque. Appreciated the good advice navigating a decent sized wine by the glass menu.”

“We passed through Oregon today on our way from Sacramento to Vancouver. I have to admit, I wasn't sure about this place when we came in. It was just before lunch on a weekday and the place was completely empty. I could not have been more wrong. The server was very friendly and helpful. She helped me through choosing a meal and I wasn't disappointed! I can't remember her name but she mentioned that she from Louisiana. She was fantastic, keep her. The burger was legit one of the best I've ever had. Well-presented, flavorful and HUGE! The fries has a seasoned coating on them which gives them a bit of extra flavor. Fantastic spot, absolutely recommend!”
