“I was looking for a quick coffee and breakfast in a convenient location and Nana’s Corner came up. Parking was easy at 11am on a Tuesday. Located inside the Killingsworth Station is food carts there’s a covered table to sit and wait for your order. I got the breakfast sandwich Bagel Bomb with sausage and it was great. Just how I like a fried egg on a sandwich. It really hit the spot. I got a cappuccino without any added flavoring. The service is great and I picked up a punch card. I recommended stopping by since it’s an easy detour.”

“This is one of my go to lunch spots this side of Portland. Their food is always super fresh. The sandwiches are loaded with fresh vegetables and meat. The steamed buns are to die for. The bubble tea is a bit sweet for my taste, but that's personal preference. The food is really cheap too. Couple of sandwiches run you less than $10”

“The place is good for quick bites and coffee. The best part is fresh brewed coffee and tea has free refills. I feel like the quantity of sandwiches is less. But you get a free side of chips / apple / bread.”

“Village Inn is possibly the cleanest restaurant I have been in! I have visited Village Inn often since I moved here in 2000. The staff are always friendly and the food is great. This visit I noticed that you can now order online and delivery is available. Also, there were some interesting new items on the menu. The food is always good.”

“Pumpernickel bagel was soft and boiled to perfection. The matzo ball broth was incredibly full of flavor. Staff was kind and accommodating, apologetic for selling out out everything, plain, and other items. Get here early and enjoy! So happy to have them on Sandy, this neck of the woods is having a fabulous surge of great businesses! ???? Also, I loved every song played. Made it such a warm experience.”

“Amazing food and even better service. Mehri's never fails us!! We generally get the Mehri's scramble and the country breakfast. So good and fresh. Even the jam is awesome. Yesterday we pulled up and they were smoking their own wild salmon (outside) ...yummy! Their bread and their pastries are to die for.”

“Great breakfast. Nice people. Drip coffee was a bit bitter for my taste, but the matcha latte was great! ???? Indoor and outdoor seating, including bar seating inside by the window. Not much of a view, but nice on a cold or rainy day.”

“Unbelievable breakfast and nice pastries. Big portions and friendly service. The corned beef hash, omelette, and eggs Benedict were superb. We sat at the bar since there was a 20 minutes wait for a table and enjoyed it completely. No wait for tables outside . Good spot for strolling around the neighbourhood after eating. Highly recommend.”

“The food is fresh and the combinations they create are delicious. For instance, I had little idea of how their homemade soup would taste, but it was the best tomato basil soup- yet not tomato basil because they added other things- it was just mouth watering. I ended up buying a couple bowls to last me for a couple days. I had the Alicia veggie sandwich, and they will add or subtract ingredients so you can make it your own if you like. Like I said, all of the ingredients including the bread are fresh and the containers and all the food are well packaged. They make their own croutons which are like a side order in themselves. Their soup is so good, I eat the croutons as a snack. I highly recommend Charlie’s Deli. Consistent and high quality.”

“I had Richard as my driver going from Astoria to PDX going back home to London. He was very kind and had very good time-keeping to make sure I got to the airport on time. I had just ran the Hood to Coast Relay and I had such an amazing experience. Richard had also suggested that he would kindly pick up my bag which I had left at a hotel near the start line for the race.. because we didn’t have space in the van to take it with us to the finishing line where we had another hotel booked. He is an entrepreneur who owns a coffee shop also.. offered I could have a coffee on the house next time I come to Portland. Thanks Richard!”

“My wife and I had breakfast here, and were treated really well and served high quality food items. It may be a little pricey but so worth the experience, we are looking forward to trying this place again whenever we make it back in town. Very clean and the decor if nice. I hope no one goes away disappointed, sure was very satisfying. True, I would not want to eat here everyday, especially the very sweet foods that are offered, but can indulge once a year or twice a year on those items. A great experience for the ladies. Treat them well, then you will be treated well. Hint.”

They are smooth, with a light almost creamy texture. They make exceptional breakfast items as well as fabulous sandwiches. Thank you Shari's, for knowing the meaning of customer service.”

“This is the best doughnut shop in town. Very friendly staff. The doughnuts are fresh and taste amazing. The store is all small but always clean. There is seating if you would like to sit and eat your treats. Nice variety of doughnuts. Hard to choose a favorite. But get a dozen of mixed ones and you won't be disappointed.”

“I love places that I can walk into and have the entire menu to select from because it fits within my dietary needs. What I love more are places that offer hearty and filling breakfast food that fits within my dietary needs. hat's why I love Morning Glory. The atmosphere is the hustle and bustle of any typical local breakfast joint. This is a popular spot so on weekends expect to wait.”

She was awesome, made me realize my attitude :-) just want to say thanks to Eli and all the waitresses for putting up with a lot of attitudes!”
