Legends Steakhouse

Easily our favorite steakhouse in Deadwood! Food is always on-point and the prices are always excellent! For the food that you get, it feels like the prices should be way higher. Staff are knowledgeable about wine and liquor pairings, etc.

I recommend getting to the Franklin early to get your name on the list as it fills up fast. Either way, the wait is worth it! Highly recommend!

Edit: we tried breakfast here and it was awesome! The food is amazing and a great price point. Definitely will be eating here again!

The service and food was OUTSTANDING! I have literally recommended it to everyone I know!!!! We went on a Friday night and it was so good we went back the next night. Alex was our server and he was wonderful. We’re from out of town but I will be going back here at some point. Yummy!!!!!

Hands down the best dining experience we've had in Deadwood. Superb food and top notch service. Layne H served us and it was faultless, she was absolutely professional and very personable. We returned for breakfast and were pleasantly surprised to be served by her again.

We had the most amazing breakfast. We tried the steak and eggs, and the steak was cooked perfectly. It was so delicious we almost cried. We also had the eggs benedict which were great.
But the best part of the meal was definitely the service by our new favorite waitress madison. She had such a pleasant and calming energy, it made the delicious food all the better. The old time feeling of this wonderful restaurant is something that will stay in our memories for years.

Buffalo ribeye and filet were awesome!! The table next to us got the prime rib and it was HUGE!! It looked amazing. You can select any salad, which is awesome because the Vanilla Fields salad was really good!!

Get there early as they don't take reservations and there is a line to get in.
