“Stopped in to check out the place since we haven’t been here in about 8 years. Enjoyed buffet supper and checked out the pool. Despite the heat it was pretty quiet there! Want some things at the store? Nice they aren’t gouging people and had reasonable prices on necessities like laundry soap, shampoo and conditioner. Facilities and bathrooms are clean very impressed as it was one of the cleanest we’ve been to throughout our stay around Sturgis the last 10 days. And our group came to the conclusion that next time we be booking in here as they appeared, organized, clean, and tidy.”

“Best party anywhere! We stay here every year and they never disappoint. Best music and late night party place! Clean bathrooms and Porta pottys. Constantly picking up trash, garage canvas available everywhere. Many food and shopping vendors open all day. Tattoo shop and steakhouse. Plenty of 50 amp RV camping. You gotta stay here!”

“Although our steaks were delicious, (and it was Rally week) the service was about the worst anywhere. I fully understand the demands on facilities being short staffed and under pressure, but assigning wait staff and the system used by Elk Creek was simply inexcusable. When the party of two and the party of four that were seated AFTER our party of four, all were DONE eating before we were served, that took the cake. Something in the SERVICE area is broken here. Great food but leave yourself plenty of time to be able to enjoy it.”

“It's pretty common to see such convenience stores in the great state of S.D. When you see "Country store" in the name, you know it's a hybrid store. A little bit of everything mixed into one, gasoline, snacks, food, beer, whiskey, a casino, in some cases a Bar or restaurant, even a car wash. BJ's country store was my first stop upon returning home from overseas, because I know I can get my favorite local snacks, and the employees have always been friendly.”
