“Place is well located. Food is very reasonably priced and healthy. Our group of four each enjoyed our food that was prepared relatively quickly. The staff was nice and polite (Friday May 28 at 3pm) and genuinely seemed to be out to make us as happy as possible. I had a small issue with my order and Ibrahim(apologies if that is misspelled) REALLY went out of his way.. WAY out of his way to make it right and leave me incredibly happy. “I'm traveling through from Michigan, decided to stop here instead of iHop and I'm so glad we did. The food quality is ridiculously amazing and the staff were great! I hope they aren't getting paid just that tipping wage, they do great work. The orange juice was the best I've ever had and tasted like an actual orange. The chocolate chip pancakes were also delicious, the bacon was thick, the bread was thick and well-buttered. Highly recommend, I'd good above 5 stars if I could. If you're from out of town, definitely stop by.”

“I have only been to this Caribou location a few times, and I cannot attest to the quality of bagels since I haven't tried them. The customer service has always been decent here, but the quality of the drinks really depends on the barista. The last time I ordered here the iced mocha I received was really disappointing. The amount of chocolate syrup was sickening, as it sat at the bottom of the cup and overpowered the coffee. I ended up having to pour most of it down the drain when I went home, which was a sad waste of five dollars.”

“We went for brunch- restaurant was packed; could not get outdoor seating. However, even though it was very busy we received our food faster than some chains we have been to around here. The pancakes are ok- not as fluffy as I like them but still good (recommend the caramel banana). French toast was AMAZING! The fresh whipped cream on top was to die for. Omelets were not too shabby either. They did forget to bring out some of the sides we ordered though. Gluten free stuff is available and is very good- cannot even tell the difference.”

“Wow! Great service. Fast service. FAST SERVICE! I visited several Starbucks in the last few days, one I waited for about 18 minutes in the drive thru. At this location I barely had time to stop behind the cars in front of me and I had to hurry forward more. Well run, well done. If all Starbucks gave this type of service, it would be 3 times as successful of a corporation as it is. Congrats to the manager who has this place running like a well oiled machine! GO JAMIE!”

“Caribou Coffee has always been a favorite of mine. Both the coffee and begals are great. If you download the app they have a really good reward system where you can earn free goodies and have the option to order ahead/pay virtually. I had some issues with the app registering my points, but customer service was extremely easy and friendly to work with and I got all of my points added. This location has about five tables inside if you are dining in and there are plenty of outlets if you are planning on doing some work.”

My server was a courteous AA who admired a white Boomer's Doctor Who shirt, in an age when there are heightened racial tensions; may not seem like much, but to me cultural healing starts off with one mutually nice, ordinary thing. “5/30/21 4:30am Traveling thru all the way from New Jersey and stopped here for coffee and donuts. The man was SO nice and welcoming! Coffee is AMAZING the best Ive had from any convenience store/station. Such a nice way to start the day with a friendly encounter and delicious donuts and coffee. Very clean as well! The lady taking my order...I could hear the smile in her voice, and I could tell she was following a script,(which most drive thrust have) so kind a courteous, prompt efficient, and I loved that they were quick. I usually go further down to Starbucks, and I was already dreading that long wait in drive thru at star bucks. And almost drive right by Caribou. So glad I did, now I don't go to Starbucks at all. “Best Starbucks ever! I don’t care what other people say about wait times here, because even when this Starbucks is busy the baristas are always in a bright mood to combat all the negative Nancy’s! I went through the drive through just recently and had the best experience with a bright and cheerful young lady. She immediately introduced herself (pretty sure her name was Kathryn because my cousin spells it the same way and I made a comment about it)...and she was very helpful, even though Starbucks was out of my favorite syrup! She recommended me a new drink that I had never tried and I absolutely loved it (if anyone has never tried a strawberry refresher, then you should!) Although I didn’t get my hazelnut latte this young barista constantly apologized and tried her very best to make things better (which I appreciate!) Definitely will be back! Thanks again Starbucks!”

“Fantastic local owned lunch place! I went with my best friend and her twin college age girls for lunch. We each ordered something different and every one of us raved about our food. We all said the same things: fresh, really good and just the right amount! I had a chicken salad sandwich and I was amazed at how fresh the bread was! And I am very picky about chicken salad and this one was perfect! It was a dill and mayo base and did not have a bunch of "stuff" in it like apples, grapes and walnuts. I like my chicken salad savory and not sweet and this was exactly how I love it! My friend had one of their salads and loved how fresh it was as well as having the right portion of lettuce greens to toppings. She even said how you can always tell how fresh a salad is if there are none of those brown/rusty bits of lettuce in the bottom of it and this one did not have any of those. One of the twins had a personal pizza and we all exclaimed at the smell, size and how good it looked! The toppings went almost to the edge, there was just the right amount and from what she said, it was really good! The other twin had a wrap with their tri colored chips and salsa. Again, perfect amount of filling, super fresh tortilla and just the right amount of chips/salsa. We did not try the desserts but they looked very tempting. We will be back and I have a feeling this will be one of my favorite lunch spots!”
