“I got the PEI mussels and truffle fries. I did a monstrous thing and dumped my fries in the mussel broth. The broth is amazing! I’m pretty sure the secret ingredient is an insane amount of butter, but no complaints. I wish french bread was a side option instead of only fries. Fries and broth was good, but bread and broth would be better. Can’t wait to try the fish!”

“I don’t usually write reviews of restaurants but this place is awesome! Don, who I believe is an owner, is so kind as well as the rest of the staff. Possibly the friendliest workers I’ve ever encountered! The food was absolutely amazing as well, honestly the best Philly cheesesteak I’ve ever had, but it’s the friendly service that really made my day. Definitely check them out at the Marble City Market!”

“As someone with dietary restrictions (and a bit of a sweet tooth), I’ve had my fair share of experiences being let down by gluten free pastries claiming to satisfy my cravings, so believe me when I say that there is nothing “theoretical” about how well the Donut Theory has managed to execute a delicious and fresh gluten free cake donut in conjunction with a plethora of additional menu items and fantastic customer service. Laura and Daniel have shattered the constraints that exist in the market for gluten free pastry items by being simultaneously fresh, gluten free, and delicious, and have done so with the unmatched style, flavor, and care that comes with a family owned and operated business. On top of the unparalleled quality of the product, the smiling faces and cheerful disposition that I’ve been greeted with each time I’ve visited their new location serves as an indicator that they put both their customers AND their employees first. Stop by, and you will not be disappointed. Way to go Donut Theory - keep doing your thing!”

“Iced Everything was FANTASTIC! Our wedding day dessert spread was beautiful, and so delicious. My grandfather snatched up as many lemon cookies as he could! Our wedding cake was a little non-traditional, and they made it perfectly to our description. Bobbie is super great at communication, I never once worried that anything would go awry. I would absolutely work with her again!”

“Great tasting food and great location. However, as they are just opening, the staff is still getting used to the new location. Trash cans were over filled (to be clear, no one was standing around doing nothing, they were all working extremely hard), and we had to wait though our entire meal for some of the food we had ordered to be prepared since they ran out right as we were ordering. But over all, these are just minor problems, and don’t reflect on the experience and food in general. I will definitely be back in the future, and highly recommend if it’s in your budget.”

“When I came, I ordered the beef curry soup for about $15. Minutes later, one of the ladies working there told me they are out out what i ordered. She asked me if I wanted something else, so I said, "the tom yum", which is about half the price. She said that she'll just refund me for the rest but then she came back to say she'll just, 'put noodles in my soup', presumably so she doesn't have to refund me anything. I just didn't have the best mood that day so I agreed but was still not convinced the trade off was fair. The food was not that good, but the restaurant was nice. Edit: The service was nice and i had no problem with the staff. The only gripe i had was at the moment i was only offered noodles to be added, not beef. The food was ok, but not exactly what i expected because it changed the flavor when she added changed the ingredients. There's no need for a refund, or discount, i was only letting people know my honest experience. Thank you.”

“Koyo Knoxville was absolutely fantastic! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The food was LITERALLY out of this this world good! We had the tangy and rich crispy pork belly, sweet and fatty king salmon, and buttery Chilean sea bass! Paired with a top notch wine selection and cocktail menu. Even got to try an new sake. A great experience overall!”

“Staff was wonderful and helpful! Brunch was good. The grounds are a little smaller than expected. Overall, it's just unfortunate that the owner is an old man that feels entitled to smoke right next to you and place his lit cigarette on the table next to your sweater. As someone who is highly allergic to smoke, and as a guest in general, I find this highly inappropriate and rude beyond measures. There were also kids around. If you're going to represent your business, stop doing so poorly. Archery was fine. The owner stood directly behind us for the entire hour we were using it and also made comments of "getting weak?" when we would miss. For future reference, don't open an attraction before it's ready. You also need arrow rests on the bows and to change the colors of the different length arrows for safety reasons so someone doesn't accidentally shoot themselves. Again, the actual staff was the best part.”

“This team deserves the utmost praise. The treats are delicious, that’s a guarantee. But this team of bakers are so kind, gracious and they work very hard to accommodate special orders. They have helped me numerous times in a pinch to gather gluten free AND vegan goods. This will always be my go-to spot because they treat folks very well. Thanks for bringing joy into our home; we can always count on you to make our holidays and celebrations sweet!”
