“I’m a resident of Loudon Co. - I’ve visited this particular Subway location countless times. Tonight (07/31/19), me and my family decided to stop by and get a sub for dinner. We’d just left Food City and my fiancé wanted something fresh. I’m aware of the operating hours, but instinctively, we checked the time to be sure. It plainly states that the store is open until 9pm - it was 10 minutes prior. The young girl behind the counter had, I presume, already locked the door. My son stood at the door, for a moment, and the young girl shook her head. We then left. I work in this industry and I’ve had many years in customer service. This was very unprofessional and rude, in my opinion. I understand that people look forward to going home after a shift, but you don’t turn away customers during operating hours. I can’t imagine management would approve of this - certainly not corporate. I did not give this store only one star because I don’t believe that would be fitting. I just would encourage management to look out for things like this in the future. Small towns provide the majority of business that these stores will have. Honor your hours and always be welcoming!”

The white chocolate macadamia nut was slightly undercooked in the center, making for a so so soft and chewy and perfect treat. We will be getting a dozen up for our trip home. “Very easy to find right off the interstate, we chose this as a meeting point for a family get together. The food was perfect and arrived pretty quickly for our large group. We would highly recommend this location for anyone looking for some good food. “5-Stars for a simple, but very tasty country breakfast. My first time ever visiting a Waffle House! In the past, I’ve steered clear for whatever reason, but the newly rebuilt/reopened facility right off I-75/Exit 81 in Lenoir City, TN caught my attention. We took the kids in for a simple “egg, bacon, and toast” breakfast and what really caught my attention was the friendly and very attentive staff. Great, quick breakfast (for the price), and in particular.... this facility has the friendliest staff I’ve seen in a long time. Keep up the good work, Waffle House, Lenoir City!”

“The Shoney's chain has been reduced to a mere shadow of what it was in its heyday. During the 1960's it was affiliated with the Big Boy franchise. Failure to change with the times has taken a radical toll. The Lenoir City location is a bright spot among the few locations that remain in the greater Knoxville area. I had the American Cheeseburger with fries and soda. It was a good meal, prepared as per my request and served in a reasonable amount of time.”

“The drive thru is phenomenal. It is like driving through a carport. There was a worker in each lane taking your order and swiping your card. They tell you which car you are behind so no guess work on whose turn it is. If you are paying cash there is an outside cash register kiosk! You then go through another carport and pick up your order. I loved it. We only got milkshakes and lemonade but they were awesome!”

“Very tasty place! Stopped for a late lunch on a road trip and we all loved our dishes. The wheat bread and honey butter is delicious, and a great item to nibble on as you what for you food. The staff was friendly and the restaurant is very nicely kept up. The location is basically up a hill in a Hampton Inn parking lot, so a bit hidden but not hard to find if you go slow and are looking for it.”

“I give all fast food chains three stars unless they do something absolutely outstanding i.e. the service or the food or cleanliness etc. This is a standard Burger King at a rest stop. Ordered the taco to try for the first time. It was not that good I don’t recommend it it’s pretty greasy as the shell is deep-fried with minimal filling. I also tried the impossible whopper that is 100% plant-based I thought that was very well done and a good substitute for beef if you’re looking for that. Chicken nuggets were straight chicken nuggets”
