“Great staff and atmosphere. I have eaten there several times. Suggestions for the restaurant. 1. Please reduce the amount of SALT in your seasoning. It is considerably salty when we ordered yesterday (September 24, 2019) 2. Your mac and cheese is good but it has been very clumpy. It needs a smoother texture 3. Make more mac and cheese and greens. Seems that you have run out a few times after 5 PM. Your restaurant is in a location that attracts people from multiple areas. So having this available for dinner is essential. Additionally, I have noticed that the food seems fresher at lunch time. Lastly, please consider adding blue cheese as a dipping sauce.”

“We love love love Chick-fil-A! Whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner it’s our favorite place to go to and grab a quick bite to eat. We usually drive through and rarely sit inside but when we do the servers are the nicest people. Seems like the culture of the company is such that no matter if you’re in Florida, Georgia or Tennessee you always get the same top notch customer service. You have to download the app. Every time you order you collect points and you can earn free meals. Also you can pay through the app without even taking out your wallet. Supper easy and the most delicious chicken on earth ????”

“Stopped in to grab lunch and draft a fantasy football team while on the road back to Atlanta. The crew seemed to be very familiar with each other and made it an enjoyable experience. “I came to this location at 9:30 at night and received excellent service. I ordered a sweet tea (I don’t drink cokes), and they said they were out. When I told them I don’t drink cokes, they checked all of the tea containers and found me the last sweet tea. It doesn’t seem like a lot, but the effort from this staff to take care of the customer could not go unnoticed. Thank you!”

A shrimp hibachi and combination chicken/steak hibachi and a bottled beer was just $36 with tax. I gave it 4 star because shrimp wasn't as good as I've had elsewhere. Vegetables were great!”

“AWESOME. great food, good prices. super service. well worth the hour drive to get there.( the traffic had a few issues so it took 1 and a half hours to get there). I had the Salvo's Stromboli(large).. best I've had. Large enough to feed 2 people with very healthy appetites. 4 if they are light eaters. my GF had the shrimp scampi. she said it was awesome. more then enough for 1 person.( we ended up taking half of hers and 3/4 of mine home). we also ordered some garlic knots for the ride home. but we were too stuffed from the meal to eat them.(we had them later,,,Delicious). really can't go everyday but well worth the drive every couple of months for a great evening out for some really good food. I wish they had a store a little closer. this would be a weekly thing.”

“This is another one of those Smyrna locations that brinks on disaster constantly. The workers are always very nice but flustered. They usually get your order correct, so that's a bonus, but they often seem terrified of messing everything up. Since this location sees a LOT of traffic, it generally stays functional at a reasonable pace. I would definitely recommend this location over the other Smyrna one!”

“I should have gone with the sushi... Talked myself out of the sushi when the waitress said their stir fry dishes were very popular. Not with me unfortunately. I had the stir fry broccoli with combination meats. The vegetables were fresh, meats were cooked well but the sauce I think came out of a supermarket bottle. I asked for Thai hot (5/5 heat) but it barely registered a 2. I was overall disappointed in the meal. Spring rolls were fine. Clean place, outside seating, they also serve Thai beer. Worth the visit, my bets on sushi though....”

“We've been missing the Franklin TN location after it closed so made the trip to Smyrna.. This is the best BBQ chain/establishment there is in my opinion.. lived in Memphis TN for years and this is way better than anything Memphis had to offer.. (Memphis is probably shutting them out of the city for a reason). Atmosphere and food together at Famous Dave's is top notch.. just walking into this place, immediately the log wood decor and scent of smoking BBQ puts me in the mood to try anything on the menu because the thought crosses my mind 'everything in here must be good'.. How a chain establishment gets and stays this good is simply amazing to me.. have never been disappointed overall after visiting 3 locations..my regular is bbq nachos.. tried the pulled chicken variety and it was just so so.. service at either the bar or the dining area is always great.. Bottom line: Don't miss it, for several reasons.”

“Amazing service! I was greeted twice before I even made it to the hostess station. Waiter was excellent as well. He was at my table within a minute of me sitting down, and I had rolls and sweet tea in front of me within another minute or two. Very impressive, especially considering they were quite busy. Rare steak was actually rare. Asparagus was flavorful and fresh, and the mac & cheese was great.”
