“Easily some of the best pizza I’ve had in my life. I’ve been in quite a few places and have had a bunch of pizzas delivered to me. Was a pizza boy myself for many pizzas and was very proud of what I delivered. THIS WAS AMAZING! Get it. It won’t disappoint. We got the spicy chicken Alfredo pie and some piggy sticks. This is what’s left over from two people even after a very large meal earlier.”

“We stopped by this pancake house on a whim. Didn’t read any reviews nor was it a recommendation. There’s a gas station right next door that offers a discount on breakfast by showing your receipt, so gas up there first. The front of the restaurant is a gift shop and has too many cute things. We were seated right away. The decor was adorable and looked recently updated. It was the absolute best breakfast I’ve had in a very long time. We all ordered coffee and never had to ask for a refill. We ordered off the menu instead of the buffet because we weren’t getting seconds. My breakfast sandwich, a bacon, egg and cheese was on perfectly toasted Texas toast. But let’s talk about the surprise French fried tators. Delicious. This will definitely be our go-to place for breakfast anytime we’re in the area.”

“Wow 20+ flavors of edible cookie dough. Also sold regular baked cookies. Our family liked the sample pack of 9 flavors to try. Had no idea a store existed to sell edible cookie dough without raw eggs. Staff was friendly and helpful even with a long line it was worth the visit to try a new experience. We did like the store next door w giant folding chairs, the man sitting in one is 7 ft 2 " and his feet do not touch the ground”

“Excellent wings. Probably the best I have ever had. Very meaty! All the flavors we picked were fantastic. The service was great. Johnny was our waiter and his recommendations for wings, beer and cocktails were perfect! Special thanks to the server where we were first seated that saw we were totally put off by the screaming child at the table across the aisle. They moved us right away even though it was very busy. I would highly recommend this place!”

“Love, love, love this place. We just had the most mind-blowing, heavenly experience I have ever experienced of all time; and we travel a lot and been many places. Everything was exceptional at Pigeon Forge Hard Rock Cafe. From the food to the service and the ambiance. We sat in the high tops just beside the bar area & our server Kevin, who is also the bartender was so amazing. He was so professional, courteous and so friendly. Although he was also tending the bar in addition to waiting tables he made us feel like we were the only ones in the entire restaurant. The photography staff was awesome and we even had visits from the restaurant managers Tina and Mark who just came to check on us and how our service was going. When Tina found out that we were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary, she wrote us a personalized greeting card wishing us Happy Anniversary. We are completely blown away, a magical experience and my new favorite place. ????”

“We stopped here for lunch at around 1 on a Thursday. They were busy but we still got seated right away. The deep fried deviled eggs were awesome! We ordered burgers & the tavern chicken sandwich. Burgers were some of the best we’ve had. Chicken sandwich was also very good, tender and juicy. Food was delivered promptly and the service was great! Would definitely recommend!”

“The employees were on and off the drive through mic and they said "one minute" and left us sitting at the menu for hours it seemed like so we pulled up to see what the problem was and they had erased our order, however when we finally got to order the manager was the one making sure she did her job and the food was fairly good but the Krystal burgers could have used a little help, they also gave us the wrong drinks when we ordered two cokes we ended up with two Dr.Pepper's.”

“The pizza here was okay. The pizzas were very limited and often dry. They almost couldn't seem to keep them on the bar, but they were very busy so i can understand that. Something I found odd here was the fact that the only way you could get hot pepper flakes or cheese was to ask for packets. “Great flavored pancakes! We had three different flavors (apple raisin, pecan,and plain with eggs and bacon) each was excellent. Plus we had the stuffed french toast. Which was really good. Service was fast and attentive even though we came at peak breakfast time during the summer. Don't be scared of the full parking lot, there is lots of seating and we didn't wait at all even though there was no place to park. Highly recommended!”

“Hands down the BEST place! I planned our wedding from 4 hours away, when I started looking for restaurants that was close by, and everything we wanted I found JT Hannah’s so I gave them a call. I was put on hold and the manger got on the phone with me to discuss the reservations, his name was Donnie. I have NEVER had a manger who took so much time, patients, and was so considerate of my wants. He explained everything so well. After him explaining everything to me and told me they do not do reservations on the weekends, I was fine with that because he made me feel confident by his word. He told me he would do everything he could to make it happened. And he did exactly that!!! We all were so pleased with the restaurant, Donnie and his staff. The servers were great! The food was amazing. It was everything we wanted and we had the best time. While we we're there Donnie, himself came to our group and told us all about the menu, checked on us to see how we we’re all doing. If all mangers were like Donnie, every restaurant would be great. So our experience with JT Hannah’s was hands down the best!!!! We will be back!”
