“This location REALLY needs to change their air filter (ceiling return in middle of store) and maybe clean their air ducts.. Even with my mask on, I could detect a heavy, unpleasant smell. Sadly, I didn’t enjoy a welcoming whiff of coffee upon entering the store. The filter looks like it hasn’t been changed in who knows how long. I’m guessing that during normal business, the speed of service is more typical of most Starbucks. However, today’s performance was at a....... casual pace.”

“we visited this place for breakfast on our way out of town after a very nice time in Pigeon forge. It was breakfast time and we had a very specific order that we were hoping would be accurate for the first time in a long time. This place did not disappoint! The manager was present and available and I even got her attention so that I could put in my special order specifically with her so that I would ensure its accuracy. It's actually a difficult concept because there are multiple sandwich builds and I like to substitute the steak egg and cheese bagel with a biscuit but still get two slices of cheese and the bagel sauce, and the people in the grill just have a hard time with that. it was done with a smile, it was hot and fresh, and I was very happy to finally get this order correct. Thank you for taking care of me!”
