“Food is great. Nice variety of veggies and salad.The meats are wonderful. Lots of flavor. Love the prime rib, and fried chicken is nice and crispy. Very good mac and cheese too. Desserts are just so so. Cakes and cookies have been dry and tasteless every time we've been. Cheese cake is good, and the pecan pie... I cant get past the weird texture and taste. Almost like it's been made with maple syrup instead of Karo. UNTIL...We went the day after Thanksgiving, and finally a delicious pecan pie. Please keep THAT pie and not that other nasty version. Pumpkin pie was also very good. If the desserts were as good as the actual food bar, I'd give Brickhouse 10 stars!”

“I decided to give em a try this past Sunday since my usual go to Mexican spot closed for good. The atmosphere was peaceful and mellow. The top shelf margarita hit the spot. I ordered the fajita nachos with steak, chicken, and shrimp. I gave 3 stars because the shrimp was kinda burnt.”

“The employees were nice and friendly but this location is understaffed. There were only two people on schedule that have been there all day by themselves and ran out of fries because there weren't anyone else to cut up the potatoes. We had to settle for cajun corn with our meal. We accepted it because they were overworked and were told no one would hire anymore workers at the time. They did the best that they could that night. I applaud them for trying.”

“Consistent goodness. I have a regular go to here... Fried fish. It's crumbly crispy and flavorful. One of the best. Their veggies are good also! Servers are usually friendly and attentive. Why 4 stars? I haven't ordered many other entrees off of their menu, but I went the other day and ordered spaghetti. I thought it was horrible! They said some people like it and some don't, but it was very very sweet. Not just with tomatoes, but loads of sugar. I've never had "dessert" spaghetti, and I did not like it. Neither did my dining companion. In fact, she ate a bite or two and left the rest. I think they should at least warn you before you order.”

Here in Bartlett TN, we're lucky if the regular open/operating lights come on promptly at 6 a.m., much less Hot Donuts Now. The regular town sidewalks don't even unroll before dawn. Nowhere really reliable to get food for early working folks in this town. (Still, when you doughnuts at Krispy Kreme, they are tasty, and the coffee is good.)”
