“Went here yesterday with a group of coworkers and we had a fantastic meal together. The staff is friendly and helpful and the food is delicious! They gave us some samples of the menu items they cook in store and they were all left me wanting more. The process of ordering and cooking your food is a little awkward if you don't know what you're doing, but with help and clear instructions, you get the hang of it pretty quickly. The only thing I'd recommend to the owners would be to place the utensils and a small trash can at each cooking station rather than at one. A small thing, but easily fixable to help the experience flow better.”

“If you like egg rolls this is a good place to go to get your egg roll fix on. It's not a standing building but a food trailer located in the food truck park on south fort hood street. I tried the Philly cheese steak egg rolls and fried rice for the main course and topped off the meal with cheesecake egg rolls for dessert. The fried rice was good and the Philly cheese steak egg rolls were good, but my favorite was the cheesecake egg rolls. My favorite on the menu so far. So if you need a quick bite to eat and love egg rolls give them a try, they have plenty of items to choose from on their menu. I recommend that you give them a try.🤩”

“I travel from Chicago every now and then, I have had the priviledge of visiting the Hot Spot grill from time to time. I can say the hospitality and the food is great!! I love the empanadas!! She caters to the Military soldiers and it gives them all a place to come to, where they carry out a good homecooked meal. They are very happy with her service as I am. Just recently I had some pastelles, and OMG, those pastelles were full of meat, like they should be and the meat was soooo tender and soooo good! I truly enjoyed eatting those pastelles. I have also had the Coquito pie and the Coquito…. I strongly recommend The Hot Spot for some great tasting food and best of all some great staff that know how to treat their customers…..
