Waitress asked how I was doing and I told her nervous for my surgery. At the end of our meal she brings 2 muffins she said to make me feel better after. What a nice heart! What I would caution folks on is the level of cleanliness and upkeep of the store. Had to get 3 spoons before one of them was clean. Every chair had ripped vinyl on the seats and the floors were filthy. Future stops through this location will be take out for me until they do some updates.”

“I visit this location about 5 times a week since it's close to where I work. Kimberly is a great shift leader and she always makes my coffee with love. I highly doubt she "rolled her eyes" at a child about sprinkles and called a customer the "B" word .... She is very caring and professional when it comes to customers. Her sister is also a fantastic worker at the hardy oak dunkin location. Both girls are wonderful when it comes to customer service.... if you want the best Carmel cappuccino blast ask for Ms. Kimberly and she will impress you every time.”

My only disappointment during this visit was that given this company's focus on freshness, when I asked for avocado I expected avocado slices but instead got what seemed like a thin spread of avocado flavored paste. It was such a small quantity that it was hardly distinguishable from the lettuce which sat on it. This fact is not going to stop me from visiting again, I simply won't bother to ask for avocado the next time. There was no anti-gun signage visible so diners can eat comfortably.”

“The iced coffee is amazing, but people have no concept of what "light ice" means. If you order a 32 ounce drink they will give you 32 oz of ice. When you ask for less ice they state that they cannot give you less. So therefore you're paying for ice and not the actual drink. Thanks, but I'd rather go to McDonald's for my coffee if that's the case.”
