“Very convenient location, as I am a student at UTHSA. I'm basically an ad for Dunkin in my class because that's the only coffee I drink! I'm glad the employees dont give attitude when customers use coupons or redeem the tmobile coupon. You get a coupon for a free donut w a purchase of coffee on every receipt, even if you buy nothing. Food and drinks are good. No complaints there. Could have better customer service. They're somewhat unprofessional (not that I should expect that). The younger employees dont seem to know how to handle orders. I often hear, "Oh, I thought..." or laugh at their mistakes. One time I sat at the drive thru for a while. It's like they forgot about me. Then a male employee noticed then he gave me the wrong coffee (coffee for the person behind me). I do go inside sometimes too. It kind of bothers me that the person (manager?) working the cashier sometimes doesnt greet me when I walk in. She will be busy getting someone's coffee or something and doesnt acknowledge me. Only after 30-60sec of standing at the register does she finally say "I'll be with you in a sec." This probably doesnt bother many people but I'm very accustomed to being greeted as I walk in so it feels odd when I'm not greeted. Sorry for leaving a somewhat negative review. The chain itself and the food is good. I just think the employees could use a bit more training.”

“McDonalds is always a good place to stop for some quick cheap food. This location was very clean and the staff worked quickly to get food out to the customers. The inside is now equipped with kiosks where you order your food instead of going to a person. There is still a person working the counter, but the kiosk is where you select your food. The kiosks are very easy to use and the instructions are very simple.”

“Their bagels are always on point. When you buy coffee make sure to tell them to do it not too sweet, because they are waaaay too generous with sugar or whatever syrup they add. Other than that , my favorite bagel sandwich is Nova Lox and Super Nova Lox ( with salmon, cucumbers, tomatoes, capers, cream cheese and onions).”

“A decent experience. If you have a Mexican/Latina mom that can cook but cooks in bulk and reheats during the week this is how it would taste like after day 2 of reheated beans. I had a bean and cheese taco and a beef fajita taco. The beans were really oily but at least didn't have a day 3 old taste. They were fine but I've definitely eaten fresher elsewhere. The fajitas were decent too. The sweet tea was a little too sweet but if you are younger than 15 or like McDonald's sweet tea then this might be sweet enough for y'all. Not too bad but not that great. Just simple food. Wouldn't fight it if someone wanted to go but I wouldn't voluntarily go again myself. The service was good. ????”
