“Good place. The breading on the chicken tenders is spot-on. Crispy and light. If you don't want breading you can order the roasted chicken. The corn nuggets are great. The fried okra is very good. All the other sides are ok. Not great. The rolls, on the other hand, are great. Best if gotten fresh baked, delicious! The iced tea is really good, crushed ice. You can buy it by the gallon. They also offer fried catfish with corn meal breading.”

“Called short notice. For lunch for my employees at our dealership. Lupe answered the phone and assured me ordering lunch for 15-20 people with only a 1hr notice was just fine. Man let me tell you what, she went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this place. I was extremely impressed with her and the locations service. “Went late after noon, food was tasty, got brisket, shoulder clod and pork chop. Food looks amazing when the pull if off the pit and are carving it up in front of you. Brisket was decent but a little dry, shoulder cold was dry and not as tasty as I was hoping it would be ( first time trying it). And the pork chop was good ( didn't match my expectations from when they carved it). Made a brisket sandwich with avocado and hot sauce on the tables, gave it some moisture. Potato salad was good”

It's a little hole in the wall BYOB bar with an amazing burger. Delicious patty with a unique and spicy home made habanero salsa that completed the experience. “4 of 5 stars, only because I only tried a few items on the menu. I ate some Brisket, Pork Ribs, Banana Pudding and Pecan Pie Cobbler. Upon first taste of the Brisket, it was very Dry and SALTY! (Go with the fatty cut vs the lean cut) The Owner brought over some of the moist brisket, and it was a world of difference! The pork ribs were cooked well, and had a good taste. I love banana pudding, so that was an easy YES... but I wanted to try the pecan cobbler, and it was very good. So, if in the area, stop by, I'm sure you will enjoy the food!”
