“Local here and I have had pizza twice now and its much better than the last pizza place that was here. The salad to go is placed in a dual compartment container and looks a mess. PLEASE put the salads in a proper open container. CONSISTENCY IS EVERYTHING and looking at other reviews they need to do much better or this lace will go the way of the last pizza joint. “Just stopped by after checking out the Collin County Farm Museum. This place is great for a Saturday lunch spot. ✅The master butcher offered a free beer since it was our first time. ✅In terms of food- brisket was great and jalapeño sausage. ✅The potato casserole is a must! “My friend loves sushi & came to town to visit so we decided to try out Sushi Go & it did not disappoint! The workers were all very friendly and helpful, the restaurant was very clean, beautiful decor and the sushi of course was fresh & delicious! I love shrimp so I tried the shaggy dog which was (Shrimp tempura, avocado, and crab topped with eel sauce, spicy mayo, and crunch) & the crazy shrimp roll which happened to be my favorite (Cucumber, avocado, crab, double shrimp tempura, spicy crab, and crunch.) my friend ordered the angry wife & hot mama roll and said her favorite was the hot mama roll. It was all delicious & large portions! I can’t wait to go back again! ☺️”

“This food. Oh.my.gosh.THIS.food. So, I first tried their cake. It was amazing. Finally I got an opportunity to try the wings. The owner’s partner convinced me to try the Honey Gold. I typically always order Buffalo and garlic Parmesan. I went out of my comfort zone and I am so glad I did. The flavor was deep and complex. I dipped everything I could find in it. It should be called Liquid Gold. Chicken was cooked perfectly. Macaroni and cheese balls were good, too! And I don’t know what she does to the carrots and celery but they’re like, blanched or something, and they’re basically just perfect in every way. The owner and her partner are the kindest, sweetest people. I recommend 100%!”

“My husband's fried shrimp were rubbery. My granddaughter and I split the crab legs, and they were good. But what's with giving us packets of salt and pepper? There should be shakers or grinders. Also, they don't allow substitutions. Desserts were decent, but I like real strawberries on my strawberry cheesecake, and it just a drizzle of strawberry colored syrup. It wasn't that impressive. Won't be back.”

The food that we tried was fantastic. We had the duck wings and they were incredible. The patio is still developing but it is in a perfect spot and looks great. “Pizza is actually good. Big slices, lots of flavor, hot and fresh. We ordered on a night coming off a winter storm warning and they were SLAMMED. Staff was very overwhelmed and ended up waiting an additional 45min for pizza after email showed order was ready for pick up. Its a new place with definite kinks to work out. They have a great opportunity with only 2 other pizza restaurants in Melissa. Will be back at some point, but not until staff is properly trained and can handle being busy with out yelling at each other.”

It would be so easy to get stressed with a large crowd, but they had positive attitudes and were encouraging all the boys to do well during their next game. “We are so glad to have this restaurant nearby! From the moment you walk in the door the team here is incredibly friendly. They are also very knowledgeable of the menu and have great recommendations. We happened to have a toddler on our visit today so all we got was the picture of the black and blue cocktail. It was great! We also had the meatball appetizer and they were packed full of flavor and perfectly cooked. We got the Detroit style Pig Riot pizza and it was phenomenal! It was perfectly chewy with an amazingly crispy crust. HUGE shout out to the service at this restaurant. We had a toddler and just wanted a nice meal, great drinks and get out the door (before a huge storm) and they made sure that happened. Thank you again! We can’t wait to go back.”

The restaurant was very clean and the staff were friendly. My sandwich was made fresh to order and I was very happy with it. Being a new restaurant, there is a little area for improvement. The fries leave a lot to be desired. They are bland, small and flimsy. Hopefully they switch to a different type of fries quickly. I would love to see them get ice tea as an option and not just fountain sodas. Other than those two things though, it was great! Will return for sure.”

Not only was the food perfect and the delivery on-time, but Veronica the catering manager made the experience stress-free. She really took care of us and helped us create a menu that worked best for our dietary needs (ex: only turkey sandwiches, no pork). We've also eaten at this La Madeline a few times and have enjoyed it every time. The staff is kind, the food tasty, and the location is clean.”
