“I found out about Lupe Tortilla while visiting family in Houston, TX. I’ve gone to multiple locations since then. All the restaurants are consistent with great food and exceptional customer service. I brought my niece and Mom to this location today and the food was soooo good! Best fajitas ever! Sylvia was our waitress and she was phenomenal! Very attentive And friendly. “I very recently moved to Dallas from Minnesota and was looking for a good hookah place. I found it! I was there around 5pm this evening and the place was dead (as to be expected as it stays open until 4:00 am) which was perfect because I had a LONG day at work so I was hoping for less of a crowd. The staff was nice and very attentive. Great music music And their OAKSTAILS, cabbage and rice w/peas is a MUST!! I will most definitely be back to experience their night life. I’m so happy I found this place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ????????”

I hired Andre to cater my wedding, so this event was obviously a big deal! Of course researched dozens of different caters and once I chose Chef Dre the process was easy and fun. Everything from the delicious and detailed food tasting, delivery and setup and the presentation! All superb! I would recommend Chef Dre and his beautiful assistant any day!”

This well lit, clean coffee shop on Midway offers a relaxing atmosphere. I had the cappuccino, my go to drink, very subtle hints of dark chocolate, creamy and smooth, a very well balanced cup of joe. “Fantastic experience at this location. I am New to the area and decided to try out one of my staple restaurants in the neighborhood. I was greeted by a wonderful hostess that took me to the bar area just as I requested. I was on my lunch break so I didn’t have a whole lot of time. The bartender was awesome and took great care of me. I met one of the managers, Justin that talked to me for a while. I have a fairly short lunch break, so when my food didn’t get there before I had to leave, he went above and beyond and packaged it up for me so I could take it to go. All in all this was a great experience. Justin was very well spoken and seemed to know how to get around a restaurant like this. I couldn’t have been happier with my lunch break. Every employee I met took great care of me. I will definitely be back and since it’s only about a half a mile from work I can see myself heading down there frequently. Thank you for a wonderful lunch and great break from the grind at work!”

“I'm pleased with Austin's Bar B Que in Addison particularly their ribs and brisket, which were both moist and very flavorful. The ribs had a surprise kick to them, and were cooked to a delicious crunchy bark. How did they do that and still have a moist product? The spicy kick seems to set Austin's apart in my opinion. The brisket was prepared correctly and did not have fat and gristle.They do a nice job on red skin potato salad with a mustard dressing and good jalapeno pinto beans that stood up to the spicy ribs. Wait service was very good with quick service. The portions are large. I left with a package for an additional meal from the two-meat dinner. They offer a good-looking full bar with large screens. Noise from the TVs is not noticeable in the dining area. Interior is beautifully renovated in a comfortable rustic theme. Background music was hip jazz.”

“I had lunch at your restaurant a few weeks back and the service delivery was not good. We were left alone without drinks and the food was delivered later than we had expected. I think the reasons why this happened was you were short staffed at that time, and we were seated on the patio alone (out of sight, out of mind) with most of your customers in the bar and indoor seating area. Besides that, you had a new server helping us that day, he was very young, maybe his first gig as a server. All that said, I'm still wanting to return to the Mucky Duck again because you've delivered great in the past, especially at the bar, and I like the ambiance. I'll chalk that experience up as a one-time loss, no big deal. Don't give anyone a hard time about this, but maybe put some thought into how to improve your service delivery over time.”
