“One of my all-time favorite places to study! The staff members are super nice and the tea is great. The roasted milk tea with less sugar is my current favorite. Although there is a $0.25 transaction fee for purchases under $5, it's not much extra so I don't mind paying it. It's also super close to campus so it's convenient for study groups and group projects as well. Love it here!”

“I live in this area and Panera is a great place to grab a soup and salad. I really enjoy putting apple chips in all my salads and it doesn't cost any extra! I normally eat here at night, so the rolls get a little tough to eat. Sandwiches are fine, though. The atmosphere is calm and studious. I see a lot of people studying or working on their laptops. The staff here is very kind and have great service.”

“They defiantly redefined what a kolache is. No comparison to the local donut store. Much larger and top of the line ingredients. Lots of different options for meat loves and vegetarians. They just provided breakfast for around 500 people in 2 of our offices. They delivered to both offices. The food was hot when it arrived. Randy stayed at the larger office and help setup the food and watched to make sure everyone was happy.”

“We used the touch screen to order our food which was nice even though the screen was filthy with finger prints. The credit card option didn't work so I had to go to the register to pay. The playgym was very big and tall. My son really enjoyed it over the other McDonald's up the road. The table service was quick and there were not too many patron around 2pm on a Monday.”

Also serving Slush drinks, Milk teas, Bubble teas, frozen dessert in cup, etc. HEALTHY: Yakult yogurt drinks, and WOW milk with Lactaid A selection of cake pops, slices of cheesecake, and sweets. Instant hot ramen bowls also. Plenty of tables for 2, or 4 persons. 2 large comfy couches. Tall laptop counter all along front window. BAD NEWS: only 1 power outlet, in the back corner seats. Jack & Jill locking bathrooms. Staff was nice.”

“This was our second time to this location and it is still by far the best one I've been to. The service was prompt and friendly, and very accommodating for my disabled father. We got our food quickly, it was fresh, hot and delicious. My son cannot get enough of the Berry Pancake tacos. “I’ll start off by saying that I have been enjoying DD coffee daily for over 15 years. I wanted to give it some time before reviewing this location in Rowlett Texas as I know the DD establishment is newer in the south and as in any business it does take some time to work out the quirks. Anyway, I have a mixed review. I have been frequenting this location for approximately 5 months now, I visit approximately the same time each day. Over this period of time I’ve had both great and unpleasant experiences. In this short amount of time the staff has changed frequently aside from maybe 1 employee that I have seen since my very first visit. It’s almost like they rotate them out or something. The one employee whom has been there throughout this period of time is excellent!! She makes my coffee perfect which for any person who looks forward to starting the day off right-with DD coffee knows how important that is!! I’ve never experienced a rude employee at this location, but I have experienced a highly annoying employee on more than one occasion. I’ve had to say my order, then repeat my order-not once but twice-as I repeat my order it was then repeated back to me incorrectly, which then I corrected it again and still received my coffee made wrong. I can understand maybe having to repeat it once, but to repeat it twice and it still be read back to me incorrectly makes me want to just drive away. Anyways, About the coffee-I have no major complaints. I have 2 concerns. One is the hot coffee is NEVER hot. It is luke warm and two, There is a new employee as of recent who does not put enough ice in the iced coffee so within 5 minutes there is no ice left in your cold beverage. I order the same 3 items every day-7 out of 10 times they will be made correctly.”

“It’s a McDonald’s. The service here is quick and the food comes out hot. There is an indoors kids play area. Relatively, it is clean. In some of the other McDonald’s the kids area can be pretty dirty and the kids can be rough, but here everyone is pretty well mannered. Bottom line: While there is another closer McDonald’s to my home, this is the one I am willing to go to.”

They have kiosk ordering and all digital displays and the technology doesn't always work well - or at least the employee interaction with the technology doesn't. My husband had a new dish with steak, veggies & rice which he really liked. My dinner was also very tasty. Their quiche is always delicious & so is their tomato basil soup. “I've only been here twice but the experience was still a good one. One of the two times the drive thru server wasn't very friendly. You could tell she didn't want to be there. The food both times was good. The building and parking lot were in good repair. The parking lot was pretty big plenty of places to park. There was quiet a bit of construction out in front of the building both times. The building is easy to see from the main road. This part of town has a lot of traffic.”
