“This was our 1st time to visit the Swinging Door. We are from Ft.Worth Texas and have ate at a lot of barbecue restaurants in our travels but we feel that the Swinging Door is definitely #1 on our list. Service was great our waiter had a great personality and knowledge of the menu. His name was Ian and we will be back on our next visit to Richmond Texas.Food was great and lots of it. I went last night and both people their had headphones in listing to music, I had to repeat my order 3x and I finally got fed up,and just agreed to whatever so I could get out of there. My sandwiches were not correct, they were not made fast and, they both had a real bad attitude about me being there. Go in the morning or afternoon. But never the closing shift”

“This Buffalo Wild Wings had decent food I had order wings and they were good but the waiter was very slow and this happened to me 3 times. The last time I came here a waiter actually spilled our drinks all over us when handing them to us and broke glass right on top of where we were sitting. A bad waiter one time is ok, they could be having a bad day but several times in a row is just unacceptable.”

“The employees are all very friendly when I either dine in or go through drive thru. It’s usually clean and when big crowds come in and make a mess they are pretty quick to clean it up. I did have an issue with items missing from my order and when I went back the manager gave me a refund and the items I was missing. I was pretty impressed with that. The food is always hot and tasty. The shells are crispy and fresh. I also love that I can still buy cinnamon twists which are my favorite.”

“Another great location with another great staff. They were genuinely nice to my kids last night. We stopped in after finishing some shopping only 30 minutes left till close. I confirmed the reservation the day before, but then on the day of the reservation I asked if I could move up the lunch by an hour. The hostess was the same one I had spoken with when initially reserving the lunch time and confirming the reservation, and she was exceptionally pleasant and kind and made it work so that we could come in early. I arrived early to get the table and a few appetizers ordered before the rest of the party arrived. I was helped by a few different people and must say every single worker had a smile and such a friendly disposition. Every. Single. One. The rest of the party came and every one enjoyed their meal. The food was truly delicious! They even gave a drink to the bride on the house! To everyone at Brick and Mortar- y'all have no idea how awesome a memory we have now because of your service! Thank you for helping the bridal party enjoy the last day with the now bride!”

They were supposed to provide full credit for the meal that was bad and they didn't. They were shy of a few bucks. I mentioned it and was told I'd been given a call...
