Fun delicious build your own sushi burrito restaurant. The food is fresh and they are not stingy with the portions. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

We really enjoyed the build your own options for my picky needs and the pre-built menu options for the indecisive.

The umaki fries are good but it was weird to eat hot sushi toppings. Definitely not complaining though.

Also tried the milk tea in both flavors. Yummy!

Definitely worth trying at least twice.

We had a Fat Boy burrito and a Deep Diver bowl. They were both excellent. We saw an U'Maki Fries being made and decided to get one for ourselves. It also was excellent.

Service was good, slightly slower than a Subway. But really, that's understandable because everyone in the US has been to Subday a hundred times and there's nothing to learn. Here, it's a new thing, so I appreciate the slower, educational pace.

Ordered the Deep Diver burrito. Overall the burrito was good. Nothing over the top. All the ingredients were fresh and it was prepared quickly. Roughly $10 which was decent for the amount of food they packed in. The burrito was kind of messy to eat TBH. Overall, it's not a bad place but I prefer regular sushi or a sushi train restaurant.

Came here a week after its grand opening. There was no one there when I arrived at noon on a Saturday, but some more people did come while I was there. The food was your standard fare mainland poke place. Sauces were not bad. I felt like the portions were quite small. The service was polite and nice but they clearly didn't know what they were doing (which I forgave because they're new).
