“Blown away by the food! We did a relaxing Sunday ride to Longview from Irving to try out the brunch menu and not disappointed in the slightest. Food is top notch, the staff, very friendly and professional. Met the chef and the man Ronnie Esposito and had a great discussion about the bistro history and future plans. We'll be back to see it all and enjoy more great food. I would say best of luck, however no luck necessary in this case.”

“If you are out late and want some amazing street tacos then Jaliscos is the place. I had to change the edit on here because one of us guide of Longview Texas claimed Jaliscos was permanently closed. However that is not true. Jaloscos is on fact open because i just ordered for me and the family. Please if you are going to represent our town then leave your opinion for comments or ranks, but do not make the rest of us guides look bad by lying on facts about local business hours, locations, and contact numbers. So yes Jaliscos is opened and i changed it back as a guide because someone lied and said they were closed. Sad..”

“For somewhat of a niche menu, it's excellent! Generous portions, multiple options, friendly staff, and fast/efficient service despite there being a line out the door. Breakfast menu until 2 everyday and they're on waitrapp if you prefer, although given the volume they're experiencing at the moment, we were told they aren't doing the app until business slows a bit. Dining area was clean and spacious. Highly recommended!”

“Really, really good food! "Home cooked" I had steak tacos on corn tortillas. The meat was delicious and the cilantro and onions were fresh and flavorful. I also ordered steak gordita. It was the same delicious meat with lettuce and cheese. Scrumptious!! Menu prices are comparable to the large franchised chains, but this restaurant serves BETTER FOOD!!”

“Just ate at this place. Must say the meat in the puffy taco was amazing. The beans and rice were seasoned well. The fajita portion was a little small but probably was the lunch portion. Great lemonade and their water is clear. I tell you drinks are just as important as good. Hot sauce has a great fresh taste and the tortillas were not too thick or thin. Overall really great food.”

“Food was amazing, service impeccable! Went there for my wife's birthday dinner, as she's "39" again. Mike was our server and he was simply on it from beginning to end. Fantastic guy y'all have working for you right there. The bayou balls were simply the best and the tartar sauce actually has horseradish in it! The bean soup was so good that I wish I had gotten a bigger cup. I've always been a fan of Happy's here in Tyler, but Booshay's has made a conversion of me. It's a trip to Gladewater anytime we're in the mood for some truly authentic Cajun food. Thank you Mike and thank you Booshay's!”

“Staff was absolutely lovely. Very polite, always smiling and very friendly. Food rating, however was very hit and miss. Mac and cheese sauce was thick but didn't taste like cheese, mashed potatoes tasted very very instant and there wasn't a lot of substance to them. However the chicken was still wonderful and the food I ordered from the taco Bell menu was perfect. Did not check the restrooms but this was a clean area.”
