“UPDATE: Looks like this location is starting to get their act together. Drive through has been finally assembled, staff seems to be better trained now. This place looks like garbage. They expanded the drive through a while back, and it's like they ran out of funding halfway through. They taped the menu sign together, never installed the drive thru displays, etc. It was fine for a temporary fix but it's been roughly a year. Seems like such a waste.”

“The facility is a bit small as a venue. Went here for a comedy show. The layout is awkward for the amount t of chairs they placed in there. It was uncomfortable to get a drink or go to bathroom as you would have to walk directly up to the stage to get by. The cold brew was amazing very high quality.”

“Delicious! I ordered the ABC sandwich, thinking I'd ordered a hamburger. The Avocado Bacon Cheese sandwich was incredibly good, though. Great service. You can taste the homemade flavor in the food. Nice to have a large ice cream selection AND fudge AND desserts to choose from, too. I know Galveston has spots w similar options but this is much more cozy. (I ate so quickly I was halfway thru w meal before remembering to take pics. )”

“I ordered a Light Afternoon Tea for 4 and a gluten free chicken salad sandwich to go for a luncheon at work. The food was fantastic and everyone loved it. The only downside was that this was a surprise luncheon for a coworkers birthday and it was almost ruined because I didn't get the food until 30 min after the scheduled pickup time. Regardless of that everyone was very nice and I look forward to coming in again.”

“Always a clean, good environment to enjoy some food, read a book or get some work done. The coffee is really hit or miss but their bagels are excellent and by far the best deal on the menu. All the food is good but the food is quite so-so for the prices they're charging.”

“Every seems to walk around like they don’t know what they are doing for the most part. It’s like they have a new people in their store every time I go. Minimal customer is fine until you get my coffee wrong. What pushed me over the edge to give them a 1 star is that I ordered my coffee prior to getting to the store. Google says they are open at 5 and on their door they said they were open at 6. I got to the door at 6:22 and it was locked. After 2 mins of knocking on the door, an older lady opens the door confused as to why I’m knocking on the door. I told her I had a mobile order. She said I have your cup here ready but the espresso machine isn’t warmed up yet. Thinking they opened at 6, I figured she was running behind. After about 10 mins, she was still consistently saying that she doesn’t know why the espresso machine water was not getting hot so I left. I understand if someone called in and your running behind but she was by herself and she didn’t look like she knew what she was doing. I was just annoyed by the fact that they were open and not ready to serve their customers. UPDATE: The manager has since rectified the situation and I definitely appreciate it. Also, the employee that made my coffee made it delicious which made my day!”

“First time here and won't be my last. Customer service was beyond incredible! They still had the boudin egg rolls, which is what I came in for and they did not disappoint! Sorry, no pictures. It was too good to wait for the camera! And the donuts! Literally, the best donuts ever. Snowflake donuts has now ruined me on every other donut place! The owner even came out to thank me for supporting local. I will surely be back and I will refer this place to all my friends!”

“This is one of my favorite drink places in the area and I’ll often skip coffee for one of their Thai teas. I come here at least once a week and they do offer a “Buy 10 get one drink free” card if you ask. The shop itself is very bright and young and a good place to do homework or chat with a friend. The ladies working there are always so pleasant too, if you don’t know what to get or have questions just ask and they’ll be more than happy to help you.”

“Came here to try the tofu Banh Mi and it was good! If definitely give it a try if you're vegetarian. I believe you can also make it vegan by not getting mayonnaise; I usually get it this way and it came out great. @ 3.99 for an 8in sandwich you get a solid deal. I am definitely coming back.”

“very polite staff. The wait period while using the drive through can be a bit long at this location sometimes. I know they have hired some new staff, so hopefully this improves the situation. However, I will recommend this place to everyone.”

“Food is ok like other McDonald's. The place itself is clean. What needs to be improved is the staff. The staff is basically a bunch of untrained teenagers running the show. I've been coming here fairly frequently and it seems the quality of the staff is not getting better. While these kids were not rude but they do not understand about service and professionalism. Last time I was there, 3 of the boys stood near the drive thru window area chatting and completely ignored my presence until finally the more mature looking one recognized why we were all there for and came to the register to take my order. And while I was eating I could see the boys laughing and playing behind the counter. Another time I was there an African American girl was taking my order and she does not even know how to operate the cash register. No one actively came to help her and the rest of the crew just ignored her. There was no team work, no training. With Chick Fil'a almost right next door with their much more professional and service oriented staff, I don't know how this place can compete.”

“I feel like they are slightly overpriced, $5.00 items sell for $3.00 elsewhere. But the coffee was very good with free refills for dine in customers. The Key Lime pie was also very good. The atmosphere is so-so. The staff were very attentive to cleaning.”

“This location is very clean. I was impressed with the upkeep of the building. However, when ordering food for my kids, they forgot some of the items we bought. With that said, they were able to fix the order very quickly. One part that would help in streamlining the whole process would be to add a condiments table. The fact that they do not have one slows down the ordering when a customer has to get back in line to ask for ketchup and Mayo.”

“Normally the staff is very friendly and courteous. Since the change in management the tea dispensers are not kept serviceable. The last time i was in the area i asked the someone about tea? The employee motioned as if to address the concern, stopped and said it would take too long to make and continued to oversee an employee at the register. When I realized nothing was going to be done I left. I had to go to the Circle K store at Louetta Rd and TC Jester Blvd for unsweet tea. Most corner stores have tea dispensers but some corner stores it seems no one is diligent about making tea.”

“Changes..not for the better. $30 for two "Pick Two" lunches with iced tea, a brownie and 99 cent special beverage with dessert...now only a cookie. Food portions were smaller...my chicken salad 1/2 sandwich was mostly lettuce and did not cover the 1/2 slice of bread.”
