I come in every day and order the same breakfast item with a minor customization and this is the only Jack in the box I've gone to that almost never misses the customization. Most fast food places make me super anxious about custom orders because it screws up the usually finely oiled machine of their food production but this place does it just fine.”

Original Review: 1 Star I had several 3 inch or longer black hairs baked into one of our three pizzas. Either this was done on purpose or hair nets are not enforced. “Food is ok like other McDonald's. The place itself is clean. What needs to be improved is the staff. The staff is basically a bunch of untrained teenagers running the show. I've been coming here fairly frequently and it seems the quality of the staff is not getting better. While these kids were not rude but they do not understand about service and professionalism. Last time I was there, 3 of the boys stood near the drive thru window area chatting and completely ignored my presence until finally the more mature looking one recognized why we were all there for and came to the register to take my order. And while I was eating I could see the boys laughing and playing behind the counter. Another time I was there an African American girl was taking my order and she does not even know how to operate the cash register. No one actively came to help her and the rest of the crew just ignored her. There was no team work, no training. With Chick Fil'a almost right next door with their much more professional and service oriented staff, I don't know how this place can compete.”
