“The servers and management were so pleasant and always made sure our tea and chips and anything else needed filled. Was one of the most pleasant and relaxing dinner experiences I've had out in quiet a while i and my dinner quest really enjoyed our dinners which were plenty of and very filling. We also got a booth which i enjoyed was very comfortable...i would give this restaurant a 10 as there was nothing i could say against them they did everything right - some places you eat they kind of over serve but these guys served just right and just enough perfect balance. Food was fabulous. I would recommend to any and all my friends. Delightful????????????”

“Double Dave's cheese and pepperoni pizzas leave a lot to be desired; i think it's the sauce that ALL locations use. That's OK though, because their strengths lie in their specialty pizzas (dessert, buffalo chicken, and veggie, to name a few). Also, their salad bar is top notch. Options for the salad bar are single trip, or for slightly more, all you can eat (which is available any time). Speaking of all you can eat, sometimes they will have an all you can eat pizza buffet for dinner or lunch. The buffet is excellent and has a wide variety of pizzas.”

“This is the BEST!!! burgers in town and the morning breakfast is pretty awesome as well. There are other menu items as well that will suit your dining experience. The dining area is set in an older diner 50's era, its well maintained, the staff is always courteous and friendly and willing to go the extra mile. We have always enjoyed the food here even when we lived in Austin and have seen the business grow and when they expanded here to Buda, Texas we were very excited. If you like good old fashioned hamburgers and the American Diner experience this is your place.”

“My kids love McDonald's & well I'll eat their fish sandwich and fries. Their Yogurt parfaits are really good at only $1 not a bad deal. They tend to have fast service, but accurately getting the order correct most of the time doesn't happen. This would be nice if they took a bit of time to verify what they're doing. Our last visit they did get the order correct. However, there's a awful smell that comes from their drive-thru window (the money taking window). It really turned mine & my husband's stomach when she opened the window. It just wasn't right & if it was only up to me I'd of said we're feeding the kids elsewhere.”

“They're usually pretty prompt but we went on a busy Friday...for dinner... during lent...and they had a new person taking orders?! ???? Took sooooo long to get our order right then after we got our order, had to send stuff back and needed to wait on other items. I felt so badly for their new cashier. Hopefully and quickly they'll realize we Catholics require lotsa fish on Friday's during lent. Wish their tables were cleaned more often.”

“I would issue 6 stars if i could. The food at Brooklyn's Down South is absolutely transcendent. This is, by far, the absolute best Cajun food I have had in Texas. The Snapper was incredible, and just spicy enough to leave a long burn. The sides were savory and delicious. And the dessert... I had to go to confession the next day. If you're looking for a great meal, you cannot go wrong here. I give Brooklyn's Down South my highest recommendation.”
