“Came to check this food truck out after having already tried their Burger place. I was able to call ahead and pick up my order. I had the fish tacos with the vampire sauce and it was very flavorful. The serving size was very generous. I also had the cilantro lime rice and it was delicious! Will definitely be going back.”

“After a long day at work, I was on my way to my hotel and wanted to try something new. So Build a burger was right there close to my hotel. I am glad I stopped. The restrooms were nice and clean, the restaurant was nice and clean. The burger was delicious. Thinking about it it was a burger like burger kings use to have. “This is a nicer restaurant. Business professional dress kind of place. It was clean and all the staff was friendly. We went for a late lunch. I ordered the fajitas and was disappointed. The chicken looked and tasted like it had been made a long time ago. And it was served on a bed of onions! Only onions, no bell peppers or anything else. My tortillas were over cooked and hard. I’d go again but would definitely order something else.”

“I like that you can build your pizza from crust, sauce and toppings. They've got some good cookies and brownies and lemonades that are trying to hard (I like the classic), their sweet tea is not so sweet, but.you should only go here if you're craving is pizza because that's all they have no wings or other side items. Most of the time the tables are a bit dirty but I recommend this place, the pizzas are affordable and the staff is friendly.”

“The lady there did make a mistake by not wearing gloves and sticking her dirty fingers in the cups when she was serving our ice cream, BUT I told her to wear gloves and get us a different cup and she did with no problem and wasn’t rude about it. She was super nice and service was great. My only reason for 3/5 is because she shouldn’t even have started working with no gloves.”

“If you love quesadillas as much as I do, the SUPER QUESADILLA with fajita is for you! It is two, huge flour tortillas stuffed like a sandwich with queso and fajita. It is cut like a pizza, though! Each slice of quesadilla is delicious, especially if you add some beans (provided with this plate). The baked potato is very lackluster. It is not the greatest, and a bit on the smaller size compared to other places I've tried. It is somewhat dry. It probably needs butter. Be ready to wait at least 10-15 minutes for your order at the drive-thru on a busy weekend evening!”

“First time here and there will definitely be a second time! loved the fresh baked bread and our sweet potato, just wished tater skins were a little softer instead of crispy. Our waitress Dayanna was really sweet and kind she gave a really good service although our food came out after 11:00p.m she waited until we were done eating, kept an eye on our drinks for a refill and was very polite. “Really nice staff, friendly. They speak spanish. I ordered so many different combos with different sides and everything was correct. Really good flavour. The shrimp was too small and a bit too much dough, but the rest everything good. The shrimp also comes with cocktail sauce and if you order with chicken you get another sauce.
