RD"s BBQ

1. Sliced Brisket Sandwich was okay. It was not dry or anything, I just wasn't expecting BBQ sauce on it. Honestly, I did not know that was even a thing (especially in Texas). Brisket should speak for itself, in my opinion.

2. I think, but could be wrong with today's prices, $9.00 seems quite high for two 1/8 inch slices of brisket on a bun.

Just passing thru and stopped! Yummy sliced sandwich and pulled pork. Stop and support these guys.

Don't sleep on this brisket. They are only open Wednesday through Sunday you only have a limited amount of time. I didn't intend on getting food but the smell of bbq cooking was too much to ignore. The menu looked good, they had sausage, boudin, ribs, chicken, and beef brisket. I had to get a brisket sandwich, but I also got some smoked boudin. The boudin was great, it's best off the grill or smoked. The brisket was cut thick, seasoned well, and very juicy and tender. I should have bought two, I shared my snack, I pass by here now and then I will be back to eat some more. I need more of this place. I left there happy and impressed. These guys have a quality product and it's worth checking out. Makes me wish they were down the street.
