“Food was great. Service left something to be desired. To start with, our table was wet, had to use the napkins to dry it. Wasn't offered any peanuts. Placed our order, steak for the wife and a french dip sandwich for. Had to wait and ask for a refill on my coffee. Wife's salad came 20 seconds before her steak. Now does she eat her salad and let steak and tater get cold or eat her steak and not the salad? Only othertime we the server, was if we wanted desert, not ealier if we needed anything. Server training needs to be improved. Customers should have yo ask for drink refills. Oh, they were not all that busy.”

“10 words or less: Great Fine Dining, Hidden Gem, $$$$ Aesthetic: This is a typical high end restaurant, nothing out of the ordinary. If you want a solid Steak/Seafood romantic dinner - this is the place. Gluten Free:YES. I told them gluten free on my reservation, and they went the whole NINE yards. Even a separate gluten free bread basket. What we ate: I took two girls for a birthday dinner, and one had stuffed shrimp, the other had a chicken pasta dish. I had bacon wrapped scallops and shrimp. The salads were also to die for. Pros This is a nice restaurant, with great service. Cons It's pricey, and the location is little odd. However, the transformed the entrance - you can't even tell it's in a shopping center. Would I go again: Absolutely... For a special occasion. Other: They are very responsive to reservation requests, and do birthday desserts if you reserve ahead.”

“This restaurant has wonderful lunch specials and a wonderful staff. even when this restaurant is extremely busy at lunchtime my food came very quickly. So even though my food was cheap the restaurant acted as if I were extremely valued customer. The Hewitt and Woodway crowd that go here to eat is an absolute joy to be around. Even when busy the restaurant is not nearly as noisy as most places in Waco can get. if you want to have a great lunch at a great price go to George's in Hewitt.”

“We arrived at about 5:30 on a Friday afternoon with a party at 5. We were seated quickly and drinks delivered quickly. Our order was taken promptly and our appetizer was delivered timely. After that everything was a bit slower. One person's drink was never refilled during our entire hour and a half stay. Two others had to ask three times before their drinks were refilled. By drinks, I am referring to water and tea. One individual in our party ordered chop steak at medium. It was delivered charred on the outside and bloody on the inside. It was returned. The grilled chicken was good but nothing special. The steak that was ordered at medium came at medium rare. It was good but not cooked to order. We had friends with us who had a preferred customer card. A manager came to the table and engaged those two members of our party in conversation and completely ignored everyone else at the table. She truly did not acknowledge us in any way! We had discussed becoming part of the preferred member program, but after this experience that will not happen and we will probably not return.”

“I’m giving this PF Chang’s 3 stars because of the delicious appetizers (we had a dragon roll, dynamite shrimp, and crab wontons), and the nice atmosphere. My table ordered 5 different entrees and none of us were overly impressed. It was similar to Panda Express quality-wise except it all came out room temperature. The Chang’s spicy chicken didn’t have any spice to it. We may have just had a different experience due to the mother’s day rush, but next time I will be saving my money and going to Pei Wei for hot food.”

“Tried for the first time tonight, highly recommended. Was told a 10 min wait when I arrived, it was almost exactly that. Service was excellent, food was amazing. The manager brought out a free dessert since it was my first time there. Talking to him and the server, you can tell they genuinely have a good team that is good at what they do. “We live next to Raising Canes so naturally its our go-to last minute dinner on nights when we have no energy. I have to say that I'm impressed because they have very few options on the menu, but that is because they specialize in one single thing: The Chicken Finger. And they do it SO WELL. If your only going to offer one thing on your menu, you better knock it out of the park and they really do. We love their fries! The texas toast is great, and the sweet tea is perfect EVERY SINGLE TIME. Its never sour or inconsistent like other places. Just writing this review is making me hungry for some Canes. We also like how often they support our local schools and businesses. Overall a great company, and its very clean on the inside as well. I also love all the employees in the drive through! Super happy folks which make me smile.”

“The Sonic's around here are super slow. I went and got my food somewhere else before sitting and ordering a shake. I finished my meal prior to the shake making an appearance. Mind you, this was no complicated order. 1 chocolate shake. So if you're going to Sonic, be prepared to wait a long time. And if you're going during your breaks from work, go right away so you can (hopefully) get back in time.”

“My family goes to this place every week twice a week. So when I visited them in Waco I went along and as usual when I go with my family the server brought their drinks as he greeted the table. I order the migas and the chopped veggies mixed in with my eggs were fresh, and it tasted good. Coffee was warm not hot, but I think all Mexican restaurants never have hot coffee.”
