“This is a great place to work at. The store has it issue of course but when you use the same equipment day after day things are bound to mess up. But it fun and it’s nice having our regulars and also great getting to meat new people every day. I think we all do a great job and I realize that I’m not alway a ray of sunshine. “Honestly I was not expecting an excellent restaurant like this to be in Corpus Christi and was so glad to have stumbled in to Dao’s because their food were terrific. It was my first time and I was surprise at what I saw. They have a massive menu with plenty of great dishes to choose from. There were 6 of us on this night and we decided on their chicken with chilies and peppers (12.59$), double fried pork slices (14.59$), crispy beef (14.99$) and homemade special tofu (13.99$). Much props to the chef because everything was a hit and tasted delicious. I highly recommend every dish if you don’t know what to get and trust me you won’t be disappointed. Now these dishes are a bit pricy if you look at the prices but the portion size is fair and tasted great so I thought it was a pretty good value. The staff were friendly and nice and the atmosphere is great for family and large groups. I would come here every week if I live in Corpus but then again I would go broke if I do that.”

“Very clean and up to date sonic. Each car aisle has enough space for a big SUV. No tight ordering spots at this Sonic, plus it has a drive through, if you're in a hurry. “Very comfortable atmosphere, the wait staff is incredible and the drinks and food were AMAZING. A bit on the pricey side but well worth it for the amount of food you get and the quality of it. I had the blackened salmon and it was very fresh and well-seasoned. The beer I had was called the Native Texan and was a great IPA as well. I am not the fan of Mexican food, but this hot plate(#5 in the menu, dont know the name) is really catch my mouth, beef, chicken, shrimp, scallop, bacon, onion.....wonderful combination! the tomato onion thing is the best favor I had compared to other Mexican restaurants do, there was a really lime smell and taste, so fresh! they open on Sundays!”

Everything is always hot and fresh except for the desserts but that is normal for fast food, they do not make it when you order it. I always forget that they have a flavored soda machine! “Don't let the long lines scare you away! These employees are friendly with amazing customer service ready to get your order completed as quickly and accurate as possible. Got there during lunch time rush and from the time I got in the drive thru lane to the moment I drove off, I was in and out within 10mins. The staff member taking my order was very polite and efficient. Not once did she seem annoyed with my lengthy order (5 different meal combos). When I drove up to pay the team member confirmed my order with a friendly smile before taking my payment. Drove up to take pick up my order and that team member greeted me as well and confirmed my order once again. She then confirmed my drinks before handing them to me and provided me with 1 of my 5 meals. From there she asked me to drive reserved space for the rest of my meals. Within a few minutes another team member walked up to my window and confirmed that I had already recieved one of my 5 meals and then provided me with my remaining meals. The whole time with a pleasant friendly smile and tone of voice. All meals tasted freshly made and as delicious as McDonald's meals can get. If this was all provided during lunch hour rush, it says a lot about the great team they have going and management they have! Definitely will stop by again if I'm in the area.”
