“The owner, Sam, and the people that work here, Mike and Bob have been in this location for over 15 years, that I know of! I have got to know each of them over the year and we have become good friends! There are more employees that work there, and I'll assure you, they will treat you right! Sam, keeps his gas prices at or below competitors prices! There is also a restaurant adjacent to the Velero, this is also owned and operated by Sam. The restaurant brings food over to the convenient store, so if you don't have time to hang around, you can Grab it and go!!!”

“I read a little while ago that the owner of this establishment kept paying his servers during the shutdown when it first happened. I’m a server for a big corp and I really wanted to come try it because I thought that was amazing of the owners. I went today and had breakfast and it was amazing. It was really cheap & the portions were HUGE. I read the lunch menu and I’m excited to try that as well. My server was polite and another lady came by and immediately cleaned up after us. Also the lady who dropped off our food asked if we needed anything else like condiments and she actually got it for us. Overall it was a great experience.”

“This is still a pretty new location. The first few months were undeniably rough. On multiple occasions I left the drive thru only to find that my order was incorrect or my daughter's breakfast was burnt. However the past month or so has had a noticeable improvement. Any time I visit the employees seem friendly, and my orders have come out perfect. I've seen this location get badmouthed a lot, but I think it's worth giving another chance.”

“This was my first time to an Einstein Bros. Bagels, I was impressed and disappointed. The restaurant has clean lines and is open. They offer a variety of bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and baked goods. I tried the All-Nighter sandwich and a blueberry bagel with butter. The sandwich was good, but I felt it was overly complicated with so many discernible elements. The bagel was large and a little too chewy for me. I'm not sure if this is what a bagel supposed to taste like because my experience has been limited too store bought bagels. Overall I enjoyed the experience.”

“This was a great stop for me. Rhonda and Bree are so friendly. I only stopped to use the restroom which was clean by the way but they were so friendly I end up getting gas eating and getting a drink. Kudos to Rhonda and Bree, keep up the good work. I have added that as a stop for me when I'm in Fort Worth”

“They were super busy, we ended up waiting for about 20 minutes but it was so worth the wait. We sat outside on a beautiful day, had excellent service from I believe, Ashley. Portions were large but we were hungry and needed to fuel up before walking around Sundance for several hours. Food was amazing, I had the Hey Rickey omelet with grits and pancakes. Everything was delicious and served in a timely manor despite them being swamped. I highly recommend brunching here!”

“The most fun place in Fort Worth Downtown for foodies. I love their food, their service and their colorful and lively ambiance. The prices have gone up over the years at a pace faster than I like. But everything makes up for it. You should definitely try their lunch specials if you work in this area. If you are a sweet lover, order their sweet tea.”

“McDonald's is a great place for a quick snack or meal. It's a great quick stop for after-school French fry treats or ice cream treats. A quick hamburger or chicken sandwich lunch is easy. McDonald's is one of the very best and model restaurants for handicapped accessibility. Entrance is easy and convenient. Very often one of the staff helps with the door. The restroom is fully wheelchair handicapped accessible and could serve as a model for all other restaurants and businesses. We are returning satisfied customers.”

“New menu and really good prices. One of us ordered off the Senior menu. The portion was perfect for a small appetite but the scrambled eggs were fairly tasteless. My companion had a regular portion and commented that his meal was good. The coffee was very good, fresh and plentiful. Our server was happy, helpful and efficient. We'll most likely go back.”

“Very low key place with great food. The sandwiches are great for the price, actually amazing for the price. They are pretty large and they're only like 4 dollars. The drinks are also very good as well. Only thing I wasn't amazed by was the service and the workers. They were pretty slow for what they were doing. It takes a long time for food to get out for some reason and the girls in the front were just laughing and taking a really long time to assemble the sandwich. But i wont deduct it from my rating because its whatever, because what can you do about high school workers. Very nice place.”

“I visited yesterday and was so pleased to find that they juice daily and are all organic. I’m on a long term juice cleanse and am weary of making my own juices everyday and am traveling the next few days. I stocked up on their juices and am so pleased with each that I’ve had so far. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and I look forward to returning again soon. The facility was clean and well stocked. Thank you ladies for the great service!”

“The breads and the sweets are delicious. We tried the blueberry cheese cake, it was super silky not too sweet. The chocolate deluxe mousse and the mango cake were very good too, full of flavor. The garlic and cheese bread and the coconut twist were outstanding. Loved this place, will definitely go back.”

“Nice store and very presentable, unfortunately the customer service was a little lacking. They were kind of rude when asking about the restroom. It seems allot of the good reviews on this location is from employees that make their location seem appealing. 3 stars for presentation only.”

“People seemed nice. Coffee wasn't hot, hot water wasn't hot. Table was sticky but I think it's the cleaning products they use making the lacquer soft because the table (whole place really) seemed clean. Also bought a loaf of sourdough. It was darker than usual but still tasted absolutely delicious.”

“Great place. Great food. Really busy. Dining room is kind of compact for the lunch rush. Not a lot of moving around room. Other than that, baked goods are tasty and so is are the items from the deli menu.”
