I typically always order the same tea every time I go to Starbucks and it’s either too watery or not warm enough. This location gave me the best Honey Citrus Mint Tea I’ve had! “Typically go to a family owned coffeehouse to shop/support local, but we had a gift card so I came today to get my daughters school snack on her 10th birthday. I asked the barista to write a simple happy birthday on her cup & they included her name, drew balloons and wrote a nice message on both her sleeve and lid. Coffee was hot and delicious as well!! The customer service provided alone is enough to get me to come back. Not usually a Starbucks lover but this location has caused me to reconsider.”

“This Starbucks has a wonderful staff helping drive thru and inside customers quite efficiently! Chloe was very patient and explained all the different varieties of hot or cold drinks we could try. My daughter was impressed with her service too!. And they were open late this evening, till 11:30 p.m., which I thought all of them still had reduced hours. We got to try multiple types of drinks...it was awesome! My daughter is faithful to their hot chocolate though. Great service and nice atmosphere. So great to see employees proud of their work and show kindness.”

“Always have been a loyal customer to this branch and have been purchasing frap cookie crumble for so many times and it was fantastic. But today’s shift, 06/09/2020 12:30 PM their Frap cookie crumble is the worst I have ever tasted. It’s full of liquid with a watery taste (Didn’t feel the magnitude of the chocolatey taste) and a very stingy amount of serving of that white cream on top which have never happened to me before. Most of the time, it’s like a mountain on top but today it’s more like a speed bump. Do you guys have someone new during this shift or just have a really bad employee? Just for this shift! Have no complaints with the others.”
