“One of the friendliest drive thrus I've ever been to. I had a (dumb) question and they answered it so kindly. Then, they make really good small talk at the window, asking me "doing anything fun this weekend?" I thought that was a really nice touch and it seemed genuine and personable. To top it off, when they handed me my drink, they did so by putting the container inside a big oversized mug so that they'd never actually have touched the drink--a FANTASTIC switch up for these pandemic times. I only wish this location was closer. Love it!”

“This is a usually pleasant location, but lately (since COVID-19) it just seems like service has taken a wayside now, and they just want to rush you through the door, and then jump back onto their cellphones. I'm all for the employees being able to enjoy work, and have a great time while working, but you can't sacrifice your quality just because you have extra cleaning duties, which we all should have been doing from the onset of Influenza, Mumps/Measles/Rubella, and Polio and such diseases as that. The biggest advantage this one has over other locations in the area is how easily I can exit the highway, pick up my order and jump back on. It requires little effort. “This location is very organized. They are careful to limit the amount of customers so that we do not break the 6 feet rule. They have sections for ordering in store and for customer pickup. They have somewhere to open the door to eliminate contact points. They give great instructions on where you should go as to minimize confusion and maximize efficiency through the various process of picking up your order. Once you pick up there is another associate to open the exit door for you so that you are not double backing or getting mixed up with those coming in. I loved the experience and I hope the other locations follow this example during this pandemic.”
