“This is a fantastic and quick grab and go style Greek restaurant. Tasty, hot and delicious! Try the Feta Salad with your choice of meat. Always a favorite. Or the plates they have. Always lots of choices and served with pita bread unless of course you get a pita sandwich! Yummy stuff and always great service.”

“Nice staff! Clean place. Had Cranberry Pecan small salad and we shared the chicken salad croissant. Salad was OK but not very appealing visually. Dark greens, dark cranberries, and even nuts were dark.... toasted too long? Just wasn't same as last time I had it which was quite a while ago. Chicken salad was not very signature. Mayo was the prevailing ingredient.... Things were NOT bad but less than special...?”

“I don't know why this place doesn't have a line waiting to be seated. I had a wonderful meal and the sever, Scarlett, is excellent. It's not all French food folks. Go try it out. There is something for everyone.”

“Give Baguette House a try! They have some of the best and cheapest banh mi sandwiches I've had in Austin. They're super tasty and never disappoint. They also have great coffee and the bakery items always look really good.”

“Cute spot. Gracious host and wonderful service. Coffee tasted great!. They ran out of ginger peach tea and offered to brew a fresh batch. Didn't want to trouble them but the fact that they offered shows how much they value customer service. Hope this place sticks around.”

“Pretty authentic Chinese restaurant. My go to is beef with Beijing sauce. A heap of really tender strips of beef garnished with strips of green onions. Three cup chicken is a sizzling specialty and really good too. Pretty much can't go wrong here. Portions are good too so you get a decent amount of food.”

“A local Mediterranean Cafe, I like their style and the quality of their food was very good. All the ingredients were fresh. The burger has been cooked very well. My friend had a veggie plate & he liked it. Good service & reasonable price. I will definitely back there soon.”

“One of my favorite Greek food places in North Austin. Great homely vibe and run by awesome people. The design is beautiful and interior decor is on point. The scene is more likely during the summer days on the patio outside. Parking is available on site. No table service, you order at the bar and they serve the food on your table. Lamb plate is by far the best and the best seller and the serving size is ample. Didn't much like the Greek coffee though, I won't recommend. Definitely try it and you will go back. Service time is fast.”

“Second coffee shop we've run across in an H.E.B. and we enjoyed frozen blended espresso coffee drink done quite well, and a medium hot cup of Kona java, also made well. The Independence Coffee Company in the H.E.B. in Brenham was the first and they made great drinks too....hope they do this in all their stores!”

“They have great kolaches. Very unique for sure. Little over priced for me though. Kolaches shouldn't be 3-4 dollars a piece in my opinion.”

“As soon as I walked in I noticed how cute the place was, gave off a welcoming and warm vibe. We decided to sit at a round table with very comfortable armchairs. The restaurant was spacey and efficient with the ordering system. The display of desserts caught my attention and everything looked good. Will definitely come back frequently .”

“The Indian lady who works evenings 100% exceeded my expectations of customer service. My mobile order took 25 minutes to show up on her side. By the time it did I had already re-ordered and was eating, and she could tell I was frustrated, and she really handled the situation well and did things to make me happy. She’s a keeper employee and absolutely worth a raise. Excellent customer service from her! Tuesday, 10pm.”

“Awesome bagels! Warm and toasty on a cold day, like today. They have a very good variety. The only way to get fresher bagels would be to bake them at home.”

“Halley's an excellent example of what cool, calm and collected should be. I went in and got a couple of breakfast sandwiches, which were very good, but while I waited, I dropped my coffee on the counter. What a disaster! Well, I'm the sort of person that was taught to clean up my own mess and I did. When I looked over, Halley just had a smile on her face with understanding. That made me feel so much better. It's so wonderful to go to a place and be treated with decency, even when you screw up. They say a company's staff will either make or break you. I can tell you, with individuals like Halley, you'll be around for a long time. I look forward to visiting this place again.”

“I regret that I have but 5 stars to give for this cafe! I am a very recent transplant to the neighborhood and I still don't have Wifi service at home so I became one of those annoying people that camps out in a restaurant with their laptop. I was reading emails and updating my address in the employee portal and... eating an amazing omelet and drinking copious hot, fresh, delicious coffee. The food/coffee was excellent and the service couldn't have been better. Patricia made sure that my order was correct and my coffee cup never got cold and she was very gracious about me using a table in her section for so long. She always had a smile on her face and made me feel welcome. Due to an issue that was completely my fault (use your imagination), I had the opportunity to meet the manager, Josh. Josh was the manager of the year, in my book, and I am very appreciate of him and his ability to turn an awkward situation into an opportunity to make me an even more loyal customer. Any managers that are failing should reach out to Josh for pointers. Dear Kerbey Lane cooks, wait-staff, and managers - I shall return! (and with my wallet!) ;-)”

“Long wait time just to get to order not to mention the merger into the lane to get to the window. Seriously am I even sure how they keep track of orders when cars try to move past you even if they ordered after you. They really could use a better system especially after midnight”

“My review is of the pepperoni rolls and the house salad the only two things I’ve eaten here. The best rolls, large with lots of cheese and a thin crust so not a lot of bread which I like. The house salad with honey mustard dressing is large and delicious. Add bacon. They use feta and candied pecans which makes it really good”

“This is my go to spot for coffee and breakfast in south Austin. The staff is as sweet as the bakery goods in the case! The pancakes are a must. For an indulgent breakfast I recommend a Benedict or their weekly specials. On the go, I grab a breakfast taco and a cowboy cookie. This is a staple in south Austin with friendly staff, enjoyable ambiance, and consistently delicious food.”

“I love love love the lemon chicken soup! The Gyro platter is awesome! I would love to eat in but the room is always hot and stuffy. I understand why though. It definitely does not deter me from going back. The guys that work there are super friendly.”

“Consistent, good selection, clean, not normally too crowded for brunch. Update: 02102019 Service has taken a significant drop, pancakes, an extremely time sensitive endeavor, were served cold on 3 occasions. Getting a waiters attention is akin to sending up an SOS. I think that this is in part due to the pay before service model that is in place. It disconnects the tip from the service, I will be leaving my tip after service going forward!”

“This McDonald's is just ok. Same stuff you know from every other one but some of it will come out cooked improperly holding too much grease or fries over-salted etc. And that is really annoying when you're spending good money on something they put so much time and effort into standardizing.”

“I am a longtime fan of Einsteins and in fact I now give out gift cards to my friends so they also can experience their delicious bagels. sesame is my favorite, but I must admit the cool interior and their rate mustard yellow logo also put me in a great mood. When I leave, I feel like I have had a wonderful treat and it brightens up my day....... Importantly, the staff seems to truly appreciate their customers. They know that we have a choice and they go out of their way to make me feel good. Thank you folks!”
