“I absolutely love this café... Great downtown atmosphere and just a block away from the state Capital. The food as you can see is super delicious and fresh!Got the lox bagel, it was pretty quick which I was happy about. The staff seemed friendly enough”

“Krispy Kreme is my favorite donut of all time. However I don't know if I drive from Dallas to Austin for one. LOL they do have Krispy Kreme shops in the Dallas area. I find that the quality of Krispy Kreme Donuts is consistent across several locations that I visited. Highly recommend this place if you enjoy a good Donuts. If you time your visit right sometimes you can catch the donuts coming off the line when they are still hot and fresh. People are so nice at Krispy Kreme they will give you one as a sample.”

“Eaten there a few times since opening. It always hits just the right spot! They have done an amazing job getting it going and they literally are local. Hard to find real “handmade” anything anymore, but you can get it here! Love it!”

“Tried out their two for $5 fish sandwich and a Coke, great deal except I forgot to tell them not to put cheese on the fish lol. Other than that it was great.”

“This shop is close to my office so my co-workers and I pop in frequently for lunch. For less than $10 you can get a delicious sandwich, chips, and a drink. They are of course known for providing holiday meals, but their lunch deals are solid. There isn't really enough space inside the restaurant to comfortably enjoy a meal and I feel this is the only downside.”

“Nice small location. The Google description says there is a kids play place here, but there is not”

“Nice little spot for weekday lunch. My only complaint is that they add sweet relish to their tuna and chicken salads. Staff are friendly and work with you to adjust for your dietary needs. Ample outdoor seating with plenty of shade makes this a great place to have a quick lunch away from work.”

“Quite a long wait.. but worth it! We left our phone number with the hostess and took a walk around the block. The food was EXCELLENT. The restaurant is on the smaller side but it's a nice modern chiq. They have indoor and outdoor seating (but it had rained so outside was wet). The women's bathroom is worth a peek. The entrees are kinda pricey..so we split a What the Cluck. Plenty of food for two plus leftovers to go. Friendly staff. The people next to us waited forever for a waitress and then for their food to be served. Ours was rather quick.”

“I can't speak to the coffee but the food is sort of inconsistent and feels overpriced. They have done some changing to their layout which makes it easier to get a table but it also lost come character. Also they went with really uncomfortable metal chairs when they got new furniture which is always a bad choice.”

“Such a quaint cafe! One of the best lattes I've had (in fact, so good, it didn't need anything but the espresso and steamed milk imo). The pastry i had was flaky and buttery. Friendly service, and wonderful, quality items to choose from. Family owned and operated- and i support locals as much as i can, so i appreciate them even more. Breakfast and lunch is served, and very reasonable prices, especially for the quality of what you get.”

“I often visit here for their Basil Fried Chicken. Have that with their bubble milk tea are great while studying. You can always ask for less sugar or so. There is light music in the background, perfect atmosphere for me (and others) to study as I often saw a lot students gathered to study in this location. Again, highly recommend their Basil fried chicken !”

“I order the same items every Wednesday with a variation of amounts. For the breakfast burrito, the Kiosk asks for the sauce amount which provides the burrito totals. There was no sauce placed in the bag, and I didn't realize that until I got to my destination.”

“I am most productive when I am at East Tiger. The environment is a hip, modern, but relaxed space where you can enjoy a delicious cappuccino or local draft beer. I usually go around 2pm and it is always so quiet yet upbeat. The employees are the most helpful and kind folks. I LOVE this place and am thinking about renting the upstairs space for upcoming parties/events. Can't wait to go back!”

“My new favorite Rock hang! Had a great time here, opening act for the album release party for 99 Crimes! Great venue! Attentive, fun staff, punchy sound system, and lots of room for spectators. A fun food selection, cold beer! Just a great time. I'll be back for sure! Thank YOU, Kick Butt Cafe and Blacktop Syndicate! Support original live music!!!”

“My food was truly excellent. (5 stars for food) I got the breakfast tacos and could barely finish the second one. Mimosas were very refreshing. Amazing sausage, eggs and bacon. It was a little busy, but the service seemed a little slow or uninterested.”

“You get to play unlimited games in the arcade for only $10. The beer was inexpensive, and there was a watch party for GOT. If the poor girl at the food truck wasn't having a breakdown when I wanted to order some food it would have been an absolute perfect experience. I understand though. I've been there. Place is Rad! Check it out for sure!”

“I LOVE THIS PLACE. As a vegetarian, this is one of the only places I can go and truly eat clean. The only reason I drop a star is, because they’re almost never open when I go.”

“I loved the tamale! It was my very first time eating it and I loved them so much. The fish tacos was so fresh too, and the pork was great. I also enjoyed a wonderful margarita in such a lovely atmosphere. Cannot believe how friendly everyone was with us too, super hospital.”

“Great place good breakfast near a car wash... along bus routes.....near downtown.McDonald's is the world's largest restaurant chain by revenue[7], serving over 69 million customers daily in over 100 countries[8] across approximately 36,900 outlets as of 2016.[9] Although McDonald's is known for its hamburgers, they also sell cheeseburgers, chicken products, french fries, breakfast items, soft drinks, milkshakes, wraps, and desserts. In response to changing consumer tastes and a negative backlash because of the unhealthiness of their food,[10] the company has added to its menu salads, fish, smoothies, and fruit. [13][14] McDonald's operates 36,899 restaurants worldwide, employing more than 375,000 people as of the end of 2016.”

“This place is awesome. It was the most relaxing hotel I've ever stayed at. Parking was ridiculously easy, check in was a breeze and the service was beyond amazing. I enjoyed the restaurant and loved the food/drink side service at the beautiful pool. Anytime I'm in Austin I'll be going here, and I'm so thankful I found this gem. PS the beds are really comfortable too ????”

“Lazarus is my go-to work spot. The food is unique and delicious. The coffee is strong. The beer has a large selection and rotates regularly, and I rarely experience better customer service in Austin. The bar staff is knowledgeable and friendly, even when the bar is packed. I can't think of a better east side spot in Austin for an early weekend afternoon.”

“Came here on a Tuesday evening was pretty busy. People were working on laptops. Some were tutoring, seemed to be the spot to go after college to study. They served happy hour till 7 I shared a pizza with a girl friend. The pizza was pretty much just dough and barely any sauce. Wish there was more cheese too. I would ask for these extras next time. It took about 25 min to get. So if you're not in a rush its a pretty cool hangout.”

“The space is very nice and comfortable. Drinks are good. I ordered 2 meals and both I was disappointed. The lamb hummus bowl and the green bowl with an egg. I’m on a diet so I needed to order lower fat/low in carb things on the menu. They’re both cold bowls - the lamb was very good but I’m not a fan of cold bowls!”
