“Family friendly with pretty good burgers. The restaurant is extremely cold and I don't get cold easily. I think this may have caused our fries to get cold quickly. My family was happy with their food so that's a win. Definitely a bit pricey, but pretty good.”

“The atmosphere is fantastic. I wish I lived in that building. The wait staff is great. The food is decent, but incredibly expensive for what it is. I don't mind paying more money for quality food, but it really does seem a bit much. I do love that they use vegetables from their own garden. Additionally, the menu is fairly limited.”

“Go on in and get a yummy snow cone / shave ice and do the hula. This place is just down the road from downtown Georgetown. The Aussie owner is very gracious and pleasant to talk too. The snow cones are amazing of course. I always order from the natural flavor menu including strawberry and lime side by side (not mixed) with a topping of whipped cream. Watch out for the brain freeze ! We get small which are very big, and they have planetoid sized large ones also. They have many more flavors that are not natural. Nice place.”

“This is a small family run place and the fajitas are AMAZING!!!. They ask that you pay in cash to help keep the cost down which in turn helps us all. They have a very friendly staff and this is just a great place to stop and eat. It is a short walking distance from the Georgetown Square where there are some neat little shops. We really had a fun and relaxing time ???? in Georgetown and the San Gabriel River runs right through this little Texas town which just ads the icing on the cake.”

“We stopped for a quick lunch on the lighter side. I had the monument salad and I would not typically leave a review for a salad. However, the strawberries were absolutely perfect. The candied walnuts were sweet with just the right amount of spice. And the dill in their ranch dressing is one of my favorite things in the world. ???? The service is consistently fast and cordial. And I am always a satisfied guest here!”

“Unique atmosphere! Loved the service, and that it overlooks a river in the back. My kids are a bit stir crazy, so it was nice that they could be chatting, and I could relax and not worry about them bothering anyone. Very spacious patio area, very laid back, but beautiful atmosphere. Fantastic food!”

“Left here feeling great! The customer service was incredible and the food delicious. We loved how healthy and good it was. The menu can be tricky to maneuver if you haven't been here before, but they were VERY patient with us & EXTREMELY helpful. If we lived here, I do believe this is a place we would frequent for lunch. Perfectly balanced, great tasting, & you leave feeling full but not overstuffed.”

“Quaint and truly a Mom and Pop shop. Basic menu of deep fried southern comfort food in catfish, shrimp and oysters...all deep fried. If you have a sweet tooth, close as you will get is sweet tea..no desserts on the menu and I did not miss it. You won't walk out hungry. The shop itself is eclectic at best with souvenirs and memoirs from good times gone by and new ones being created. Oldest family owned establishment in Georgetown is the claim.”

“Arrived in Georgetown a little late, checked into a lousy Days Inn (I will post my review on that later). Met up with our friends and they brought us to The Uptown Social. Adorable place, good food and great service. The best part is I had the pleasure of hearing and meeting "King V". He is one seriously talented and smooth musician. His soulful voice was so clear and so awesome. He demonstrated his talent by his effortless ability to make his guitar do magical things to our eyes and ears. So much soul in his voice you could swear you were in New Orleans. King V was a very nice man too. I'd love to hear him perform again!!!”

“Great smiles upon entry. Great ambiance. Great salsa. I often times get the enchilada plate and I'm always pleased. Yesterday I had dessert as well, the Triple Chocolate Mouse Cake, and I was very much pleased, that dessert wonderfully completed my meal! Lastly, great service if anything is displeasing to you they will take care of it. We love Margaritas Mexican Restaurant! Give them a visit!”

“I like Smokey Mo's anyway. But this one was so friendly and helpful, it will be my go-to since I live nearby. Their potato salad was delicious. And the ribs were falling off the bone tender. As I was getting ready to leave, they told me the best way to get onto the road home.”

“Steak to die for! Ordered three steaks plus sides online to take away, the site told me the collection time. I arrived bang on time and within a minute my food was being brought out to me. I found the take away collection area a little too close to the bar and had to move a few times so people could get past. I live a ten minute drive from the restaurant so was expecting the food to only be warm by the time I got home, it wasn't it was still piping hot and the portions were ample enough to fill the plate. The steak, well lets just say I will never have to look for another steak house. It cut easy and seemed to just melt in your mouth. Each chew released a rush of flavor incomparable to any steak I had ever eaten prior. Beware, because the food is so good the restaurant gets swamped most weekends and as such they do not accept reservations, just turn up and be prepared to wait up to 15 minutes for a table. I would not say this is the best Steakhouse in Georgetown TX, I'ts the best Steak House on the planet! A 10% Veterans discount is offered on presentation of acceptable ID (Nice!)”

“The staff and manager on the evening shift were friendly, and even know my family side Fries were left out I called in and spoke with a lady manager gave her my ticket number #82 and she turned my frown upside down. If it wasn't for my children only liking fries because the other sides are spicy I wouldn't have driven back up to the pop-eyes a second time. She made she my fries were fresh and hot. She even threw in couple deserts for the trouble and apologized several times. Taking ownership, and not making me feel like it was my fault. Making it right is hard for some places now a days and I wasn't expecting anything free I just wanted what I paid for and to make sure the manager informed her staff to slow down and be more careful on future orders. Thank you for the best service I will be returning in the near future.”

“Panda Express is one of our convenient go to places when we’re hungry for Chinese take out. My husband and I can share a single plate w/ 2 meat choices and be perfectly satisfied. It’s both quick and yummy. (And a child’s meal is perfect for me if I’m eating alone,)”

“The food is decent at best. There are a ton of TVs which is great, but I'm not a big fan of their food. There are better options for wings in the area. Tbe staff is nice and friendly. Beer could've been colder too”

“Fave BBQ place in GT! I've been for lunch once and breakfast several times. Their breakfast tacos are to die for! $2 and loaded full of your choice of 3 items on a list of things you can get. Their tacos are bigger than Sonics $4 burritos and handmade when you order. Get some! They serve breakfast until 10 weekdays and 11 on weekends. This is my fave place for breakfast now!”
