“Walked in with a group of 9 ladies today and the food was fresh. We enjoyed healthy portions with lots of options to choose from.. I had the Shrimp Poke Wrap and it was SO delicious! Staff was shorthanded but handled everything with grace. We loved the quiet atmosphere and being able to have our own room to dine in. Highly recommend! I hear their coffee is awesome too! “Just ordered delivery. Their pepperoni pizza reminds me of the New York style I used to get prior to moving here. Also tried their Philly Cheese Steak Pizza and it was phenomenal. The sauce actually tastes home made, th crust is buttery, crisp and perfect without being either greasy or dry. The cheese was beautifully browned, and actually tasted like real cheese unlike most of the big chain pizza places where the cheese tastes like rubber. Great prices for a large pizza that is actually a good size for a large. I look forward to eating my way through the menu. If you're a fan of good NY Style pizza, deffo try this.”

“We eat here quite often and the food is always great! The waitstaff are friendly and very attentive. With that said, this morning (Sunday morning) we visited to have our usual Sunday breakfast. The music that was playing was too loud and evidently tuned to the staff’s preference. It was playing a pop station that was playing music (too loudly) that was not conducive to a pleasant breakfast experience. The majority of the diners were 50+ years of age. We asked that the station either be changed or turned down. We were told first that the office was closed and she couldn’t get in there. She told the lady who opened and she supposedly went in to do something..... We were told that no one knew how to change the station and evidently there is not a volume control or on/off switch on their sound system. I’m pretty sure if the owner or manager had been there that the situation wouldn’t have been the way it was! We love Richies and we love the girls that work there, but they need to take the customers comfort into account much better than they did today!”

“It took us 30 minutes to get our drinks ordered, we places our food order at the same time as our drinks. It took one hour to get our food. We heard the other waitresses, they were helpful and nice. OUR WAITRESS ARGUED ABOUT WHO'S TABLE IT WAS. Everyone could hear them back at the drink station arguing about our table. The food was good but after we had three unsettled tummies. There was quite obviously a lack of management overseeing operations on Sunday after church. We did ask about the food wait and we were told that 2 8 top tables came in at the same time so they were busy. The restaurant was less than half full”
