“Just ordered delivery. Their pepperoni pizza reminds me of the New York style I used to get prior to moving here. Also tried their Philly Cheese Steak Pizza and it was phenomenal. The sauce actually tastes home made, th crust is buttery, crisp and perfect without being either greasy or dry. The cheese was beautifully browned, and actually tasted like real cheese unlike most of the big chain pizza places where the cheese tastes like rubber. Great prices for a large pizza that is actually a good size for a large. I look forward to eating my way through the menu. If you're a fan of good NY Style pizza, deffo try this.”

“We eat here quite often and the food is always great! The waitstaff are friendly and very attentive. With that said, this morning (Sunday morning) we visited to have our usual Sunday breakfast. The music that was playing was too loud and evidently tuned to the staff’s preference. It was playing a pop station that was playing music (too loudly) that was not conducive to a pleasant breakfast experience. The majority of the diners were 50+ years of age. We asked that the station either be changed or turned down. We were told first that the office was closed and she couldn’t get in there. She told the lady who opened and she supposedly went in to do something..... We were told that no one knew how to change the station and evidently there is not a volume control or on/off switch on their sound system. I’m pretty sure if the owner or manager had been there that the situation wouldn’t have been the way it was! We love Richies and we love the girls that work there, but they need to take the customers comfort into account much better than they did today!”

“I love the Hawkins subway, the night crew and day crew are amazing and so nice, the customers that were in front were rude to the workers and don’t understand that there are more customers than just them and the fact that they are teenagers that are most likely exhausted working so late. “TLDR; Surprisingly good food! The staff was quite friendly & prompt to our needs during our visit. Made some excellent recommendations and kept a good eye on us on what looked like a busy evening. Our food arrived quite promptly, was hot, decent portions and delicious! My table ordered basically all pasta dishes and nobody was disappointed. My only complaint was the live music was just a smidge too loud for the size of the venue & made talking across the table difficult. Final note & not a complaint, kinda odd to have so many light fixtures but only 1-2 bulbs working in each. Mood lighting, I get it. A better design could be to remove & cap the excess fixtures. Could give the walls a cleaner/tighter look!”
