“Splendid surprise in the desert. It’s a little out-of-the-way, but well worth the drive. It’s even a more incredible experience if you can spend the night. The restaurant is phenomenal, and the adjacent lodging accommodations are lovely. It was a welcomed restful night after being in the desert for a few days camping. The staff was phenomenal, and the trout taco absolutely blew me away!”
