“Not only are the grilled cheese tortillas unreal, the meat inside the tacos is top of the line; full flavor and just the right juice. Good hot sauces too. Don't think just stop.”

“Biscuit in the Basket is a conventional breakfast and grilled sandwich shop launched by Andrew Kneale of Harrison's fame in the Jackson Skate Arena in Stowe. I didn't try the food but I watched an order of chicken tenders and fries go out. Ample in size ,freshly made with a thin batter,I could see the quality of the food. Then the chef came out and I think that I recognized him as one of the people in the kitchen at the Malt Shop,a popular institution that Andrew''s Mother,Kathy, ran for years. The Malt Shop was my no 1 go to place for soups, sundaes, fries, burgers and grilled sandwiches. The atmosphere at Biscuit in the Basket is community and family. As is tradition, the Kneale family for generations have been involved in the restaurant business in Stowe. Andrew's children were working the counter. Addison, his beautiful daughter was handing out orders while his son wearing a Stowe Raiders hockey sweater was learning the use of the blender. I am going back when hockey season is in full swing. I have included a copy of the full menu for readers to better evaluate.”

“I am stoked to finally have Mexican food in Stowe again. I've been multiple times now and the food is great. It's easy to order online and my food is always ready before I get there to pick it up.”

“I was here for a private party. I helped with the setup, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Our food selection was limited to apps for the party. They were very good. Great selection of beers, and they made a very good marguerita. Sadly, the party was a going away party for a couple we know, so our return to the area is not that likely. It's not that sad though cause our friends are moving closer to us. If you go here and you like falafel have it. You can't go wrong.”

“Went for Sunday brunch and it was absolutely excellent. Service was very friendly and quick, relaxing vibe and the Bloody Mary was *perfect* - also a big fan of the hot sauce wall. I highly recommend giving this new place a try!!”

“Stopped in just for a quick take out. Very friendly staff. Great bar seating while waiting. Enjoyed a very good margarita while I waited. Chatted with the bartender and other patrons. Food was very good even after traveling home. Looking forward to going back to dine in. Very much worth your time to give Marsala Salsa a try.”

“Wow, the Inn has been renovated and feels super fresh and clean. The old New England charm was kept along with a slightly modern feel. My room in the main building was nicely appointed and very cozy. The owners greeted me on arrival and the check in was very smooth. The location is perfect, right in the center of Stowe. There are many restaurants and cafes in the area, most of them are within a short walking distance. No need to drive . I was looking for a nice place to get coffee in the morning and the staff had a great recommendation. Definitely would come back 10/10!”

“Grant’s Tavern is easily one of the most underrated spots in Stowe. I’ve stopped through a few times after a long day of skiing and they never disappoint. The wings and the poutine are fantastic and the drink menu does not disappoint, especially if you are a fan of craft beers and cocktails. Both the drink and food menus highlight the best of local vendors. The large space itself has a great ambiance and a variety of seating options both indoors and out (seasonally). The decor is reminiscent of an old New England tavern but with modern classiness and amenities. I recently attended a private group event here, and it was a wonderful evening. Grant’s worked with our group to create a curated drink menu (including cocktails such as the Mogulrita, Fresh Tracks, and the Yard Sale) and buffet that met our needs and budget. The staff was fantastic as always, and I will certainly be stopping through next time I go out for a drink with friends.”

“I went to this liquor store twice and was very disappointed with the treatment. The first time I believed that the attendant wasn't inn a good day. But the second time, there was a boy being attended and the attendant was super Kind with him and when he arrived in my turn he changed his physiognomy and it was very cold, leading to believe in some hypotheses”

“Good/fun drink menu, place was new at the time we visited so giving them four stars for atmosphere and food taste. Service needs to be ironed out and struggled the night we were there (first week they were open). Their pepperoni was delicious and other toppings were as expected. Had a separate-ish room for larger parties so perhaps call ahead to see if you could reserve that for such an occasion. Everyone else was in the same room so it was a bit noisy, but typical for this kind of place. Would try again next time we are visiting.”

“Two Sons Bakehouse is delicious! The service is wonderful, the restaurant is beautiful and clean and is located in the charming village of Hyde Park, which neighbors the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail (literally one minute walking distance away). Take your family in for a baked good, brunch, lunch, dinner , or drink and hit the trail on foot or bike! The hours are decent and the food fresh and local. Thank you Two Sons for bringing our community!!!”

“It was great! Visiting here from Boulder CO and thoroughly enjoyed a giant plate of sausages and pickled veg. The beer was good, and we got some delicious desserts. I have dairy allergies and they worked fine with them. Sat outside with our dog and it was loooovely.”
