“Great place with good ambience, good food and good drinks. They have a long list of beers but they are all cans unfortunately. The cocktails were great and the presentation was great as well. I highly recommend the maple old fashioned. The flatbread was okay, but the hand cut truffle fries and the downhill wings were really tasty. Our waiter was very accommodating and helpful. We felt really welcome and will definitely come again.”

“Walked in at 9:15pm on a Friday night in January and sat at the bar. Band was decent. Ordered a pizza and drank two beers while I waited over 45 minutes for my pizza (that I eventually boxed to go). Not sure if the bartender forgot to ring it up or the kitchen was backed up at 10pm but received no explanation. Pizza was decent when I got to my hotel to eat it.”

“Amazing new hot spot on the access road! Great food, drinks, live musicians. Pretty large bar area. Overall vibe and decor is great, and the staff is friendly, welcoming, attentive. Highly recommend the gumbo and the southwestern egg rolls! Quality food made from scratch not yucky frozen stuff.”

“Had a great experience here. Staff was warm and welcoming and made us feel like we had been regular visitors. They were also able to accommodate a special request that we were very appreciative for. Staff was attentive through the night and made sure to check in just enough that we could get everything we needed while dining. Food was also great. Overall a fantastic night out, would definitely visit again when up in the Killington area.”

“I was there last night to watch ROYALS (@royalsusa) play on the opening night. The staff here is fantastic. Great service in all aspects, friendly, attentive, and quick. I never stood at the bar for more than a couple minutes before someone asked me if I was being helped and this place was busy! Also very reasonable prices. This is the kind of place a girl can go to ALONE or with a couple friends and feel very safe and comfortable because of how well security operates, which is huge for me too. That being said, security doesn’t come off as imposing or intimidating, and clearly does not want to overstep. They are just there to make sure everyone has a good time. I was fortunate enough to meet Chris near the entrance who was a true professional and a great guy. Also the sound and lighting they did for the live music was excellent. You could tell how much time and attention they put into the shows that go on here. Huge kudos to management, owners, and staff. Highly recommend this spot for a night out to anyone.”

“Finally some tacos I can look forward too! Don't get me wrong, other restaurants in town try their best but Taco X offers some unique street tacos with an incredible selection of sweet & spicy sauces. Don't be surprised when the tacos show up with just the meat, there's a full, Build Your Own Taco station, with all of the fixings you'll need! The selection is constantly changing and evolving, I just hope they keep the fresh chips coming! Great margaritas! Tasty beers! Comfy booths! Only thing on my wishlist would be a Homemade Guacamole bowl for the table (please!) Good luck - I'll keep coming if you keep cooking! Pricing is fair: $4-$6 per taco... I have found 2 tacos to be sufficient for myself! -Randy”

“Fantastic food and incredible beer selection. Super friendly and knowledgeable owners. You can really tell that they love beer and the food that goes with it. Had the Vermont Grilled Cheese with candied bacon. It was outstanding. Get the Four Quarters Waffle Star Stout - it comes with its own donut hole to dip in the beer. We will definitely go back and you should absolutely make it a stop during your visit to Killington. Looking forward to our next visit.”

“Met some friends here, for lunch today. So happy that they chose this place - I hadn’t been here since it was the Pasta Pot! Have driven by numerous times but now I know to stop. What a great lunch!!!! Awesome BLT. Had the leftover for dinner and it was still wonderful. The desserts in the case were like pieces of art! I saw some photos of the cakes they have made and the work truly amazing.”

“The waffles here are very good. They have the right amount of sugar and the texture is good. They are absolutely perfect after a cold day of skiing. You can get other things like drinks, coffee, and candy too. They can put chocolate sauce on too, which is very good. It is a bit overpriced though, and it is Cash Only, so watch out.”

“Our family stayed at The Summit over Thanksgiving '18 and the Killington World Cup races. It was perfect. The location is the best and there is a shuttle. It was the cozy Vermont feel that we loved. Lots of fireplaces and cozy places to sit with privacy and great atmosphere. The staff and the owners are genuinely kind, helpful and welcoming. We would stay here again for sure. And the breakfast is excellent!”

“Very good place. Stopped in for lunch had some appetizers: cold noodles, so delicious and veggie dumplings, very good. I had spicy vegetables with rice and my boyfriend had the chicken pad Thai. He is super picky about pad thai and said it was good and he would get it again. The waitress was super nice and made us feel attended to.”

“I went to Casey's Caboose for the first time and had such a wonderful dinner. I love the railroad theme. You really feel like you are in a caboose! The staff was so friendly. When my son didn't like his mac and cheese (I tasted it, it was delicious) they gave him a grilled cheese instead at no extra charge!! I loved my veggie burger, and my other children really enjoyed their fish and chips. I will definitely be going back!”
